It these difficult times there is NO PLACE FOR GREED EXPLOITING THE MOTORIST its a myth fuel is varying quality , I am a mechanic its all the same! So fill at tesco apple or morrisons , asda etc if you have issues use their premium fuel

Fuel prices are really high and we all know they are but the correct price for diesel is 149.9 however, Shell in Burton, all three are owned and managed by the same person and are making an awful impact on common folk.\\n\\nShell have begun charging 160 and 160.9 (28.02.22) for diesel whilst Tesco, Morrisons and Apple Green have around 151.9. we don't mind a penny extra and everyone has to make money but 10p extra is taking advantage and being unethical to say the least.\\n\\nI know some people won't put in anything other than Shell or BP in the car. I am one of those people too. however, we need to start boycotting them so they realise not to con people!

Shocking customer service! Male attendant shouted at me for a mistake he made and then wanted paying again, saying it like I stole the order? Sounded like he wanted paying twice to pocket the cash. Shouldn’t work in in such a public job with attitude like that. Won’t ever use this store or Shell again

I still don’t understand why there is a charge for pumping the tyres and even if why it is £1. It is a bit too much.

Shocking customer service experienced at this petrol station. Was sat in my car after paying at the till for mere seconds and the old Indian lady comes running out and says I'm hogging the pump. She always talks so rudely, never has a positive attitude with customers, God knows how she a job there.

Refused to serve me for diesel even they had diesel but no petrol. All because everyone panic buying AGAIN!!!!!

I am not happy because I refueled the car to the full and the second time I could not scan the card for points😡

The staff are rude and are unwilling to help you. My car was stuck for 10 minutes as I couldn’t get it started and instead of helping or even showing any compassion they insisted on me pushing my car onto the main road. On top of that some of the staff can barely speak English. Very poor!

I use the Genie point EV charger here and it works well.
Always check your change!!!!! I've never been once without being short changed, check as soon as you are given it else they try to say its your doing... I live near and use often, it has happened to most people in my household more than once... For me its every time!!
