Beautiful place, delicious food, staff very nice. Sometimes there are too many people and then there is no way to move, you get horrible tables, for example at the stand where dirty plates are thrown in - horrible sound And every now and then someone walks around you. Except for days like this, I really like going there.

The staff friendly enough places very cold it was a wintery lunchtime in late februarie they wasn't a lot of choice of food and what they was wasn't very warm didn't stop to even eat the main courses and didn't eat pudding not worth the price £13.99 I wish I had hard a cheap lunch at Wetherspoons only went because I was waiting for my car to be serviced will definitely not be going again at lunchtime but at some point May try and evening

Meat and veg dishes are easily cross contaminated.
Came here for Chinese new year. Food was excellent but very busy so make sure you book. Even though it’s a good 30 minute drive from where we live, it’s definitely worth the journey.

Partner was illergic to half the food. Allergies weren’t listed clearly plates piled at the end of our table. Loud birthday music every 2 seconds made it hard to enjoy our meals or even talk to each other when we were opposite each other. the manager is very arrogant, I had an appointment for dinner at 6.30 when I arrived there were a lot of people in front of me, I waited in line but after a while I was almost there, I asked if as I had an appointment I had to stay in line, what the manager did Chinese origin answered me very rudely, that I was late and had to come to the queue, to which I said that I hadn't arrived now because I was already in the queue, she called me a liar that I had arrived now to which I said you see if I arrived now as I am at the front of the line and he said to me:.. do you want to eat or do you want me to stop serving you…. very bad service

Shocking. Visited with my family yesterday evening. My wife and I have 4 young Children. The maalnager came to clear our plates, and commented in the fact there was food left ton the plates. I explained there was nothing wrong with the food, just kids being fussy. She then went on to explain how they have a food waste charge of 20% & that there are signs all over thr premises explaining this. I though I was being punked. I realised she was being serious. She said as a parent I should know how much my children eat. She clearly doesn't have kids. The second they set eyes on the chocolate fountain they were never going to eat all of there dinner. Its unbelievable I had to explain myself to her. Like we haf done something wrong! Anyway. I will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone at all! Disgusting customer service. The worst I had ever received!!!!! It.might be cheap, but it definitely isn't cheerfull!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
