We’ve been here quite often and always so disappointed. There aren’t many places to choose from at this location hence we have been a few times. They’ve run out of food items very early, with minimal range usually available. Absolutely miserable and often quite rude staff, where customers appear to be a real inconvenience. I don’t really write negative reviews as I usually don’t have the time or energy to waste on poor businesses, but felt compelled to write this one. It is a really good location and when they started off they were great, with friendly staff and good food and drinks. I assume there has been a change of management or staff, to have sucked the morale of remaining staff. We happened to mention this place to friends who had exactly the same experiences as us !

Service was the worst ever. Ordered coffee was still waiting 20 minutes later we was outside and everyone going in being served. Went inside and was told it was being done still no drinks 10 minutes later so went back inside to find the lady who had told me she was making it just standing there talking along with other staff. Really disappointed as previously been in this coffee shop and had no problems.

Very rude barista. I asked if they sold lemonade as my son was not feeling well and needed a drink. She said I'm serving a customer yet (the customer in front had placed their order and was waiting for the card payment to go through) I then said I know you are serving a customer I just want to know if you sell lemonade or not. She proceeded to flat out ignore me so I walked off.How hard is it to give a simple yes or no answer?!Avoid this place at all costs. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with the staff. Stuck up and rude!!!

Love the long black at 200 Degrees, and the croissants aren't bad either!

Super busy, lovely coffee and snack, nice staff.Dietary restrictions: My daughter is vegan due to dietary restrictions - there were sweet choices, but other than a sausage roll nothing else.

Lovely coffee shop. It was absolutely packed today because of the rain so we stood and waited with our drinks until a table became available. Delicious latte, one of the best I have had. They accept blue light cards.PS. you can order 200 degrees coffee online, my friend gave me a 3 pack of the Brazilian Love Affair for my birthday and it's delicious - the smell ?

Called in on a shopping trip on a very busy Saturday morning. Despite the coffee shop being absolutely packed we were served our very nice coffee very swiftly. Staff were plentiful and helpful .

We had coffee and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate tasted like standard Cadbury hot chocolate but not very nice at all, my partner liked her coffee though.Whilst outside, the woman cleaning the table next to us sprayed her spray bottle and particles from the spray bottles ended up over us, we could feel it hit our skin ?

I invited my grandma to have a cup of tasty tea in this cafe. Pay attention to the cleanliness of dishes. When I ask to change a cup, I was told that are their cups are the same dirty. What? ???
