Newhall Farm

This restaurant is lovely! It is far better than others I've been to in this chain. We actually drive past another one to go to Newhall as it is so welcoming. \nAll of the staff are friendly, really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food and drink is reasonably priced and...where possible...will make adaptations. For example, I love prawns but not Marie rose sauce...so I don't have the Marie rose sauce.\nTwinkly lights, wonderful staff and tasty food...what more could you ask?

Darshan Nepal

I’ve been here 3 times now. Twice in a BIG group and once tonight with my husband. Every time the service has been incredible even when there is 12 of us!!! I love the homely, cosy vibe here and the subtle smell of incense.
There’s so much to choose from on the menu and things I’ve never tried before. I had the Thali set and we tried a bullet naan.
We are huge foodies and dine out a lot. So happy to have found this place and it’s local to us. Fantastic ?

One Dee Thai Restaurant

First time ordering from One dee. I absolutely love Thai food and can't believe I haven't tried here sooner!
Delicious food, came lovely and hot still, so fresh and just a really wonderful meal. I had the Thai green curry and my partner had the panang curry which we have both not tried before, my partner ate it within seconds and both tasted divine. Really happy and will definitely visit as a date night in future too!

The Malt at Landywood

Once again The Malt has failed to disappoint, from the second you walk in to when you leave this place has been faultless every time. Popped in for an evening meal and everything was spot on, great atmosphere, super service and fantastic food. Ordered from the new menu and each dish was perfectly cooked and very flavourful, the lamb rump come highly recommended ??

Anujaan Indian Restaurant Grill & Bar (Cannock)

This was the very first place we tried for a ruby since coming to Cannock in November. And we thought the food was great. Gave it a second try tonight and found it consistent. A slight niggle; the mild lamb balti wasn't mild. Mild means no chilli powder. But this was about even with my 'slightly hot' chicken balti. The wife wasn't happy!

Parking is a bit crap, just 3 bays, and if the delivery car turns up it can be... awkward!

March 2026 - we decided to eat in, same great food - same slight issue with the spicing. But not a real complaint - shall definitely be making this our regular for a ruby sit-in and chuck-out.

Radhuni cannock

We visited to celebrate my son's birthday. I dared to try something a bit different from usual - I had a chicken curry with mango in it. I forget the name. It was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. We'll be visiting again. The only negative was a blocked sink which was full and overflowing meaning that it was difficult to wash my hands. I alerted the staff so hopefully that's fixed now.

Came here for the first time with work colleagues. Amazing food. Staff couldn't be any more helpful friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this fabulous place. See you soon

White Hart

Good Pub, friendly staff. I had chicken tikka masala and 2 pints of Guinness and my friend had a hunters chicken and a glass of lemonade and the food was fantastic and I love to come back again.

Another excellent meal from / at the Panshi.
The quality of the food and service remains outstanding. Extensive quality menu and no compromise on high standards whether dining in or take away. We have chosen the Panshi as our default restaurant of choice for a number of years and having explored many others have found non better. 10/10 guys - keep up the good work ??

Warm welcome. Very friendly staff and the boss is great, nothing is to much trouble

Indulge Cannock

Delicious food served in a relaxing environment by very polite and smart staff.
We enjoyed the mixed grill starter with salmon. The nans were soft and melt in your mouth.
My favourite was the tarka dall?.
This is definitely one of best restaurants I have been to in the West Midlands.

We went to the Tamarind for my birthday dinner and I only have good things to say!

had our wedding reception here they went above and beyond they decorated the area we used perfectly the food was amazing everyone commented how nice it was relatives in Ireland wished they lived nearer we can't thank all the staff enough for making our day so special

Papa Pizza Co

What a treat!! This is the first time we have visited this gem and can honestly say we are so pleased. The shop itself was spotless and very inviting. The food was gorgeous and the dough is even hand made no bought in frozen like your big chains. The staff were very friendly and I would definitely recommend the garlic and cheese pasty. Look forward to seeing you again! Support local you won’t regret it!!!

Went in for bottomless brunch as a table of 12. We were well taken care of and the servers were great at handling our drinks orders! Would deffo go back. Great coat for quality

Despite it being busy with pre Christmas customers the wait for food was not overly long and was cooked as we like it.
Staff we spoke to were friendly and clean inside the pub.

Ego at Tumbledown Farm, Cannock

The only complaint u have is that there was a crusty edge along one side of my mash l. Presume it had been put to keep warm and just got a little caught. ..We could not fault the friendly and efficient service with a particular mention to Tonya who seemed to be so busy but really made to effort to engage with us. Other was also lovely to receive a birthday voucher.

We dined here for a Special Anniversary meal with another couple. We requested a particular table when booking and this was reserved for us, thanks.\nThe Food was delicious, this has got to be award winning Fish and Chips, cooked to perfection. One had the Salmon with mash, one Halloumi wrap, all the meals were cooked professionally and served with pride from the servers.\nThis Restaurant is always guaranteed great service, staff so friendly too.\nTheir Pinot Grigio white wine is the best too.\nThanks to the team for everything, we had a wonderful time and will be back.

Merchant Cannock

This place has just had a major refit.
The new menu & price list look as done in a in 20 minutes hurry to what is a shame.

The staff are wonderful.
The food is good.
But, the Gents Toilets are horrible !
Who ever thought that opening a cubicle Toilet door to the inside where the door is one inch from the front of the toilet pan is right wasn't thinking.
The Toilets don't flush and are extremely old.
The soap despenser has no soap.
Why oh why was this not addressed on its re fit?
By all accounts the Gents Toilets are going to be done.
But when? Is the question as they are horrible.

But don't let this stop you going in there as the staff are amazingly good.
Give it a try you will enjoy their food.

Just had my first take away from here, and I have to say absolutely delicious, chicken vindaloo, and a chicken pasandra. And the portions was very generous… well done to to chef and all that work there. Definitely will be ordering again ******** ??

Fantastic service told up to an hour due to snow but arrived in 45 minutes. Friendly driver and delicious food. Murgh Masala with keema rice was amazing, and the duck starter was spot on. Best in Cannock ??

Serviced by Jayne today. What can I say about the food? It was absolutely fantastic! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had — juicy and it just pulled apart. It was my first time here but I’ll definitely be back again!

Went here 2 weeks ago and have had probs with phone since.... back up now though there was 4 of us in the party and all really enjoyed the meal ....the food was very tasty and fresh and hot ...the staff were brilliant...and if you need any beer the Coop is just across the road ... going again Friday can't wait ?

Luxury cakes and desserts

We decided last minute to try this restaurant because our friends keep recommending just how good it is. We were not disappointed at all. First impressions walking in is the atmosphere is modern and uncomplicated decor all laid out very well. The staff were very friendly but retained a good professional level. We ordered wine by the glass which was fair priced and then dived into the menu. Choosing a mixed platter to start everything was perfectly seasoned and tender and very “more-ish”. Moving then to a South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken and a Chicken Tikka Peshwar they were both really delicious and presented very well. The garlic nan was light and fluffy and not too big which suits me. I’d love to try something “home style” by the chef as I am sure he is excellent and sampling real Bangladesh flavours would be even better than BIR recipes. We will be back…. Oh and I forgot to mention the price, excellent value…..see you in the next couple weeks.

Nice clean well laid out McDonald's with very friendly and helpful staff food was good the fries were hot the burger was good and did not look like it had been thrown around the restaurant three times before landing on my table like some McDonald's I have been to the milkshakes were cold and thick like they are supposed to be overall for a McDonald's it was very good and would definitely go back

Lovely pub! “Proper” pub with lovely friendly people and staffs are very nice polite and welcoming dogs are welcome and love their treats offered! Clean friendly and good beer lovely food! Nice menu to choose from and special board too! Darts, pool live entertainment!

The New Hall Arms

Highly reccomend this bar. I went in yesterday to meet an old friend. I was early so started to chatting to the guy behind the bar who was really friendly and even loaned me his phone charger. Had a few of the beers which were very fresh and I must say the only place other than fixed wheel itself I would drink again as ot tasted exactly like it should and prices are very reasonable.and they do black country tapas. If you know you know. Keep up the good work guys

Shabab Restaurant

Excellent as always!\nOur second take-away this month. We have been visiting and ordering take-aways for years from here. It has always been excellent. \nWe had a tandoori half chicken, egg fried rice, tikka naan and chips. The portions are large and everything is so tasty.

Jasmine Tandoori & Balti Restaurant

Love the Jasmine! We visit every year for New Year’s Eve and it’s by far the best curry house! Highly recommend the chicken tikka pathia. The staff are always very friendly and remember us even after a year.

Sanam Balti House

The only South Asian restaurant in the area that I will go to. The owners have been there for 20+ years.
The spice mix is different to the other restaurants due to their not being from Bangladesh

The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food is always great, I haven't had a bad one.

Parking: There isn't any parking for the shop, you have to park in the CO-OP car park across the road which is free.

KFC Cannock - Orbital Retail Park

KFC always delivers tasty, freshly cooked chicken with quick service and good value. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently satisfying. Great spot for a quick meal!

The Star Inn

We,ve just come from the star, this morning , where we,ve had Breakfast and Entertainment for the childen with the Easter Bunny . It was fantastic, my little Granddaughter, thought it was brilliant . The breakfast was lovely, with unlimitted amount of tea,s and coffee,s Thank you to everyone that made it so special . Thank you all xx

Woodlands Restaurant

We went to woodlands for birthday celebrations. The food was amazing, two cources for £20 which is great value. The food was excellent , I had ribs for starter and the meat fell off the bone , my main was pork which was also really good , and cheese cake for pudding which was also superb , all ten of us enjoyed the food which can be rare when so many eating , but everyone said we will definitely be back. Also a really nice touch at the end , they brought a complimentary tray with mini deserts for birthdays within our group , staff were excellent, kept the drinks coming and the food.
All in all a great experience.

Five Guys West Midlands Designer Outlet

Pricey but worth it. The Fries are so unique and the attention to detail when they make the burgers is unlike other fast food chains a now and again treat but would far prefer to pay the extra and eat here than the muck that McDonald's produce

I had the Farmhouse burger , I highly recommend it.
Beef burger + chicken burger + bacon + egg + cheese ,
HUGE, I thought about making it a meal (chips +drink) I'm glad I didn't it would have been too much, it was lovely, I really enjoyed it , I've never eaten here before and I definitely will again.
The bap managed to not go soggy under all the heat of it all and stayed together in both the hands it took to hold and eat this enormous burger,
You definitely get your monies worth.

We went 20 mins before closing (close at 2:30pm) and they were happy to serve us , friendly staff, nice and clean.

The Castle Inn

Called in here last night for a few drinks, with family and friends, made very welcome. What a great atmosphere. The owner even dropped us off at our hotel again, great people!

The Railway Tavern

Great local pub. We moved to the area a few years ago now and this has become a staple to our week. So popular with locals which is fantastic to see. Staff are all lovely and friendly and have visited for a few of their local events recently which have been gravely organised and executed by the team.
We have been recommended the Sunday roast but are yet to try - looking forward to it!

Pye Green Fish Bar

Food excellent and portions really good. First time in shop today as normally we have it delivered. The staff are so happy and friendly. I would highly recommend Pye Green Fish

Station Cafe

Incredible value for money. Went for the medium Breakfast for £5.80 it includes 2 Bacon Rashers, 2 Sausages, Egg, Beans and Tomatoes. Choice of a slice of toast or Fried Bread. Coffee or Tea. Check out the picture, excellent portion size too. The coffee was instant but made with milk. Staff very attentive and would thoroughly recommend you try. The Station Cafe only accepts cash.

Redfort Tandoori

Ordered a vindaloo as a main, egg fried rice & a cheese nan. It wasn't the hottest vindaloo I've ever had but it was really really nice, one of the best I've had. Only cost £15 for my meal and delivery. Very nice, would recommend.

White Lion

Not a bad pub. From the outside it doesn't look very welcoming and could do with some fresh paint. Inside though was a friendly atmosphere and good service. Decent price on drinks. Music played throughout. I'll likely be back.

PIT STOP CAFE Cannock

After been on the road all night my father and I found this place on google. It did not disappoint, proper filling breakfast that set us up for another 500miles(if you can finish the belly buster I salute ya). Friendly people and friendly prices. The Barns Hotel

Lovely hotel with great staff and good food. Needs a lift to the first floor as quite difficult to manage the stairs with luggage when disabled. Could also benefit from an anti-slip mat in the shower. Always our first choice when staying in the Cannock area.

George & Bertie's tea/coffee shop Cannock

It is definitely an older person's place ,lots of regulars ,people pop in to say hello to staff and customers ,the annoying thing is the shouting,from one end of the bar to the door is defining to someone 2 feet away ,they yell into the kitchen to ask questions when you can easily walk the 6-7 steps to go ask.
I found it to be very brash,the food is good ,but the atmosphere and manner of the staff is akin to a transport cafe.
I think this place has been there for years so it's obviously working.i used to go in years ago when it belonged to Taylor's bakery.

Mims Moms Coffee & Champagne Bar

Had afternoon tea after the interment of ashes for a beautiful lady, the food was delicious and the service was excellent couldn’t do more for us and the shop was closed but stayed just for us after time, which we appreciated immensely. The coffee was beautiful and the homemade coleslaw was delicious even gave me some to bring home. Definitely recommend

Ladys and Gents, i have been in this pub a couple of times and love it. Today Tony the landlord after discussions on Guinness asked me to try a pint in his pub. I have drank Guinness im many pubs in the Cannock area and have to say i have never had a better pint. Come and try it, i bet you a pint im not wrong.

The Bridge Town Chippy & Silly Sausage Cafe

Went in on the way home to derby, what a find the people behind the counter were really nice, ordered 2 specials fish chips peas and sausage chips peas , massive portions far too much for me. The food was piping hot as well, freshly cooked , well worth a visit

Pearl City Cannock

The Chinese is verry tasty and verry friendly I love the staff there they always make me feel warm and welcome. I recommend this to everyone give it a try and you will be hooked

Grace was our server and very pleasant she was too. Food was delish. Roast parsnips were a lovely surprise along with the sprouts and the red cabbage and cranberry. Made a refreshing change.

Average Wetherspoons in centre of Cannock. Old building to front, with newer bit behind.

Enter to find large stair; bar beyond stair. No people attempting to form queue at bar. A plus. None of that.

The beer was Poretti. Decent. A couple of gaming machines. Thai Princess was not kind.

Toilets upstairs. Mind the hidden step when turning right. Many probably fall.

Overall, nothing special. Nothing bad either. Average. One for the locals.

Absolute cracker, Fresh Food Café is, with its top-notch staff who're truly savvy 'bout keepin' customers chuffed. Nadlada sorted me out, she's simply the bee's knees!

Trocadero Fish Bar

Despite so many negatives reviews for this lovely chippy and its wonderful staff I have nothing but PRAISE to share.

I have visited them countless times over the last 12 months and can say hands down they serve fresh and tasty food each and everytime.

One thing I will point out is a stand out thing for me is the staff members are always polite, smiling and quick to serve.

Keep up the great work team you are my go to chippy!
