Wife allergic to lettuce, can collapse or die worst case if consumed, ordered food and stated no lettuce, waited long time, sat down started to eat, had to stop wife from eating burger as there was lettuce, so re ordered burger, wrong burger brought to us and everybody had finished there food, staff wasn't bothered and hadn't got a clue, terrible place

Me and partner waited for the food one hour and a half. It was collected at 7.40pm we have only just got it. The food so cold have warm it in microwave.Not good. ?

Utterly utterly useless! Swear they only hire idiots! Completely forgot about my order, waited half an hour and it was cold of course. i hope you go bust, this is why people choose Mcdonald’s cause burger king is awful. Shut the place down and never let those idiots work

Why do places treat theor customers like this? All I wanted was 2 veggie burger, 2 fries, a flat white and an americano. It's not much to ask for that stuff to come warm. It was less than luke warm and we were the only people in there (I can see why). The only customers couldn't get warm food. My husband opened his coffee, the cup was only half full. No milk for the americano. My husband left his, I was starving as I hadn't eaten breakfast. Doesn't food have to be a certain temperature? What a bloody waste of money rip off.

Absolutely disgusting service every time I’ve ordered through them it’s always been wrong extreme health hazards and serious issues last time we ordered we told them no cheese on a “hamburger” and there was cheese it was disgusting slow service if I could give 1 star I would i will be contacting head office management is useless aswell never answer the phoneDietary restrictions: If you have any don’t go disgusting and dangerous service

The last three orders I've had delivered from here have been horrendous. The food arrives cold and comes as a single instead of double whopper. Shame its letting the brand down I won't be using again!

All the food was good as usual. No queue no waiting time, easy to access, lots of parking available/ this time have no parking spaces

Food came quite quickly. We ordered from the computer in-store.Chips were nice and crispy and burger enjoyable. Tables were clean and okay to eat in.

I only nipped in for a £1.99 Whopper but the place seemed clean and the staff were friendly. You can order by the app or self serve screens which I prefer as its easier to fully browse the menu. The burger was really good.
