This is probably the worst Costa I have ever visited. It was quiet when I arrived but staff were too busy talking to each other to serve me. Eventually I ordered a coffee, hot chocolate, panini and toastie. The hot chocolate came but they forgot the cream. I then waited for ages. They must have given my panini to someone else and there were no more available. When I got to the car the hot chocolate was cold. No organisation at all, I would avoid!!

We stopped here around 11.15am for drinks to break a long journey. Noah, the barista who served us was exceptional, he took multi-tasking to a completely different level. He was making and serving drinks, helping out other employees with orders, checking on hot food, re-stocking from the back of the kitchen area - all with a friendly smile and a great attitude. We hope he's being sufficiently noticed and rewarded for his efforts.

I attended at 14.30 for a loo stop and coffee, travelling from Hampshire to Clitheroe. Best Cortado I’ve ever had, really enjoyed it, the young man who made this coffee was an excellent. Barista. The young lady serving me was friendly and welcoming. Well done!

The staff is to bad they all four were talking to each other and laughing while people were in the queue I ordered caramel latte and they made latte instead and she ruined the coffee and i asked her nicely to make a new but she started to fight so bad i was travelling a long distance they made such a bad
Last time I ever get a coffee from here £4.20 for a latté. Mc Donalds coffee from now on.

Very efficient queuing and great staff and service, but the coffee was awful ?, one large latte and one flat white, both very milky to the point we did not finish them, there was a faint taste of coffee but not up to the Costa standard, and one of the most expensive Costas I have ever been in. We will not be back ?.
