Going down the pan used to be a decent pizza nowadays just ingredients thrown on a iceland cheese and tomato bace bring back half and half and quality disgusting prices for frozen pizza and aldi

Didn't get the pizza I orderedI clicked on create own. Added my toppings. Mt pizza arrived and it was basic cheese and tomato. I phoned up to complain to be told nothing they can do. What the point In having a box asked for special requirements if u don't look at it.£23 wasted will never order from there again

I accidentally ordered extra food, I called to say I didn’t want the extra, it was a mistake. The chap was lovely and said he’s take it off the order and refund the money. He didn’t. It all arrived and I was charged in full. Lost a customer.

Had a Medium Veggie Supreme which was just right shared between 2 people. The traditional crust was light and crispy and the toppings were well distributed across the pizza.Parking: Parking through archway in courtyard. Busy when I went but still managed to get a space.

Had very bad experience,did oder online, collection time was 14 minutes but I went at store after 25 minutes,asked about order,staff member said took a couple of minutes I said no worries,I did 15-18 minutes more even I went there to collect it when my tracker said it's ready to collect, that's not matter,I worst thing was I got cold garlic bread,literally I was displeased ans thought why I waste my money,never recommended,I am disappointed from them staff service...........

I called dominos to order and the guy was very rude, had an attitude. Pizza came freezing cold, just looked like it had been slapped together and in my wedges box there was a FLY!!!!! When ringing back dominos to tell them I was offered a full refund straight away, still waiting a week later for it! When calling the restaurant no answer and I went into store and they just say nothings written down about this. WORST PLACE EVERParking: RUBBISH PAID £3 to park

Ordered food for collection & was quoted 12-17mins.....go in after 20mins to find it still hasnt been put in the oven
Very bad experience here. Attempted to order food in the store on an advertised deal, however we were told we had to order online. After 15 minutes of negotiating there website, we were then told we had to set up an account related to a bank card. No staff were willing to help, and the lack of help and manners received was very poor. I definitely won't coming here again, would rather pay an extra couple of pounds and go to my independent takeaway. Not recommended.

Delivery driver didn't even try to find our house... even though we called twice to guide him and we've had deliveries from this location 2 previous times! Called the store back and spoke to the manager, GAVIN, who said he'd refund our money since the driver returned to the store stating 'the address doesn't exist!' Gavin said he'd refund back to PayPal immediately! It's been over 2 hours and the refund doesn't appear on my online account yet. So what gives?I called the Cannock location again to find out when the refund was to be completed, and Gavin hung up on me! Definitely didn't learn about positive customer service experiences... too bad.

Very bad wait for my food more than one hour not recommend sorry Sunday and the kids are still waiting for food they go late to bed?and food is cold not ordering any more from this shop very disappointed ????
