Rude when answering the phone if they are busy or not there is no excuse to put the phone down on you. Also will only take cash on deliveries what’s that about when your a loyal customer, and discount if you pay by cash defo a tax thing going on there. Also when you ask for king prawns in your curry you just get big prawns not king prawns. Bet this review doesn’t appear in their reviews

While Eastern Memories might not boast a liquor license, it certainly poured out an intoxicating experience in the form of their incredible food and exceptional service. We had a spiced up Tarka Dhall and Aloo gobi (my favourite) and number of other dishes. All were an exceptional culinary wonderland, where the aromas danced in the air and vibrant spices painted a delectable picture on our plates.Eastern Memories embarks on a delicious adventure with unique dishes that burst with regional authenticity. Each bite is a testament to the chef's mastery, where layers of flavor unfold, tantalising our taste buds with perfect balance. And the staff as well as expertly guides us through the menu and tailoring recommendations to our preferences, took genuine care in looking after us, giving an experience that is nothing short of delightful.But the thing that really blew us away was the value! At Eastern Memories the prices are more than reasonable, making it a guaranteed return destination for me I separately even if I don't have frients to go with. And a off-licence is just two minutes walk away (but closes at 8).

Not the place we usually order from but ordered takeaway to try something new. I'm quite disappointed. Chicken Makhani is tasteless, the rice is oily. Lamb tikka bagar e - Dansak is lacking some flavour.Onion salad that was ordered together with papodams seemed like it's just scraps or veggies.Would definitely not order from here again.Paid more than £30 just to go hungry as I just can't eat this...

Had news years eve takeaway .. 2 pieces of chicken in the biryani the rest was bulked out with huge potatoes that were raw. The chips were also uncooked and the food overall was poor for the price. Don't be taking too many orders on NYE if you can't keep to a standard of acceptable food.

Disappointed in the food this time - missing something. Friendly waiter and good service from him but a little slow from the kitchen for my liking. Food was definately not as good as previous times. New chef???

We visited for the first time this evening, we were made very welcome when we arrived, the door was held open for us. We ordered from the Sunday special menu, the Onion Bhajis were lovely, the Chicken Shashlik was amazing, the best I have ever tried, and the lamb tikka chilli garlic was lovely too. The Peshwari naan was also amazing, totally different to any I have tried before. We were very happy with our food, we have booked for Christmas Lunch also and can't wait. The staff were all pleasant and attentive, H was a very good host. Would highly recommend and we will be returning before Christmas.I was very impressed by the speed in which H replied to my email enquiry and he has excellent customer service.Well done guys!

As always a most delicious dinner, we only have a main course each and sides as old age has diminished our appetites, we have been diners at Eastern Memories for over 20 years and can honestly say the food has never once disappointed. Thank to H and the amazing team at Eastern Memories.
