“First time ordering food. The meals came to £36.00 and on their menu, it states free veg or meat samosa on collection over £10.00. When got home there wasn't any free samosas. I would of given 5 stars but missing my free food, i gave 4 stars. I'm not sure if we will order again in the future”

“I've always loved the LEON Model - fast, healthy food on the go. I stopped off at Norton Canes at 18:00 for some food. Just like all fast food chains, orders can be placed on the touch screens (or alternatively you can go up to the counter). I placed my order, and within a few minutes it was ready. I had the Brazilian Black Bean Rice bowl, seasonal slaw and water - as always it was very tasty, and made with completely natural ingredients (which is great). You can either order items individually, or you can get a 'meal deal' with a Main, Side and Drink for under £10. Service was great, staff are very friendly, and the food was very good quality. Yes, you pay more than other fast food chains, however it's healthy and natural, unlike other chains. I'd highly recommend it!Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian options available, including burgers, salads and rice bowls. There's plenty on the menu for everyone!”

“Good mcdonalds. Use it everytime we go to visit family. They share the seating area with other restaurants. The services is quite popular so generally always busy, so I'd try to avoid busy hours like meal times.”

“The order taker was brilliant but the server was very rude, passed me my order in 3 lots whilst talking to a colleague and no once did he look at me or speak to me....how rude!!!!!!”

“KFC at the Cannock Orbital has long been a great place to provide great tasting chicken for a reasonable price. The building's reputation continues with succulent chicken, served at piping hot temperatures and with great timing.This visit had some great interactions with the shift manager and what seemed to be either an Area Manager or Training Officer.The environment of the store is very bright and open with a colour scheme based on KFC's logo and company ideals. A variety of different seating locations and types allows customers the option on how to experience their meal.Staff interactions are nearly always a positive experience at this branch of KFC. Today's visit was no exception except maybe for one service assistant that gave off a feeling of not wanting to be at work at that present moment. However most of the staff seemed engaged and happy in their position.A really good visit to this establishment, one that will be happening again in the not to distant future.?????Out of ?????Kid-friendliness: The building is suitable for young kids as long as they are accompanied by an adult. The building is next to a very busy traffic island. Child supervision is definitely recommended.Parking: Separate parking is available from the other areas of the Orbital Retail Park. Disabled friendly spots are available as well.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very easy to access this building with a wheelchair since the door is electronically assisted and there are plenty of drop kerb locations in the car park. The entire building is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs.”
