Ladys and Gents, i have been in this pub a couple of times and love it. Today Tony the landlord after discussions on Guinness asked me to try a pint in his pub. I have drank Guinness im many pubs in the Cannock area and have to say i have never had a better pint. Come and try it, i bet you a pint im not wrong.

Best fish and chips around, beer batter cod is delicious and plentiful chips are home cooked and not frozen. Sunday lunches are also delicious with a good choice of meats and plenty of veg that is brought out separatelyTotally recommend this place to anyone guest food and friendly staff

We've had quite a few fish and chips also Sunday dinners absolutely first class and the staff are excellent ??
Our walking group have just had tea and coffee and biscuts there today there was 24 people went in after we did our walk and they did us proud have booked again for September it was our first time there can't thank them anough for what they did

Food was OK. Plenty of well cooked veg . Good gravy. Ordered beef. Very chewy. Pub needed serious decor revamp.

Myself and my family have eaten here a lot of time me and my mom go on a Wednesday lunch time and have the 2 course for £7 cannot fault it and also me and my husband have had fish and chips on a Friday its a lovely place to go and the food and staff are lovely. Value for money

One of the best Sunday lunches we have ever had. Excellent choice, quality ingredients and served in separate dishes rather than piled on a plate. Really nice atmosphere, helpful staff you just couldn’t ask for any more. Fish and chips on a Friday and midweek specials great too as is just calling in for a drink.
