Workers changing from prepering the meal to collect your order just so their time for prepping is not going up, even tho the foor not even ready, i asked if my order is ready when it was allready taken of the screen for 5 min and then i heard that they just puting the zingers in and it will be another 5 minutes .

Ordered through uber app and got delivered the complete WRONG!!!!! order. Rang up and reported and all they said was "I understand, there nothing much we can do" well there is get the order right for a start!!! Each time kfc or maccies cannot get a simple order right. Absolutely

Only 2 machines working to order. Not long to wait for food very quick. Had to look for clean table as no one was cleaning them. Hot chocolate was lovely. Corn on cob are very small, should say mini corn. Not many chips. Chichen double burger throw together. More mayo in Box than in bun. Very disappointed as we have not had a KFC for some time again because of poor hygiene in restaurant.

Went to drive through tonight ordered boneless bucket with corn sides had to wait for a while to pay got home to find we had 10 pieces of boned chicken pieces which consisted of 6 legs and 4 chicken pieces cold chips and hard sweetcorn the chicken pieces was undirseable and I threw away more than I ate OK you could say we should have drove all the way back waited to get served and complained but to be honest when you have been at work all day, tired and fancied a take out for speed you don't really want to let's say we not be going there again

KFC at the Cannock Orbital has long been a great place to provide great tasting chicken for a reasonable price. The building's reputation continues with succulent chicken, served at piping hot temperatures and with great timing.This visit had some great interactions with the shift manager and what seemed to be either an Area Manager or Training Officer.The environment of the store is very bright and open with a colour scheme based on KFC's logo and company ideals. A variety of different seating locations and types allows customers the option on how to experience their meal.Staff interactions are nearly always a positive experience at this branch of KFC. Today's visit was no exception except maybe for one service assistant that gave off a feeling of not wanting to be at work at that present moment. However most of the staff seemed engaged and happy in their position.A really good visit to this establishment, one that will be happening again in the not to distant future.?????Out of ?????Kid-friendliness: The building is suitable for young kids as long as they are accompanied by an adult. The building is next to a very busy traffic island. Child supervision is definitely recommended.Parking: Separate parking is available from the other areas of the Orbital Retail Park. Disabled friendly spots are available as well.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very easy to access this building with a wheelchair since the door is electronically assisted and there are plenty of drop kerb locations in the car park. The entire building is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs.

I ordered a 14 piece megabucket via JustEat and when it arrived it had 8 drumsticks and 3 wings...8 drumsticks.It seems like the staff must take all the best cuts of chicken for their lunches at the expense of one unlucky paying customer(paying for the most expensive item on the menu, no less) who then gets all the pieces the staff didn't want dumped on them in one go. Last time i checked, the staff at KFC are actually payed for their work And don't have to pay for their lunches, so shouldn't enjoy privilaged status over paying customers on what pieces of chicken are apportioned.
