Wouldn't eat from here they have let there standards slip after there latest new staff member she is infested and allowed to work with food and know for a fact she had no food Hygiene or anything as she shouldn't be working

Wow!!!!!..........and not in a good. £7+ each for the above portions, that wouldnt fill my 8 year old son. Anaemic chips, and couldn't even get the correct sauces that we ordered. Forgot our drinks, so driver had to buy them from a shop, and delivery took just under 2hrs. They should be embarrassed serving the food we have just received.

Not even worth 1star waited 3 hours for a delivery and had to call them they said delivery has already left waited 30mins still no order had to wait another hour and still no food I hate this place don’t Waste your money

Made an order via just eat at 19.10pm it's on a Tuesday so not a busy day of the week I get a phone call at 20.46 from a employee that said sorry I'm just waiting on a driver it should be with you shortly. I didn't receive my order until 21.45pm food was below adverage no curry sauce with my mini order and I was disappointed with a nearly 3 hour wait. ?

Don't waste your time take a ridiculous amount of time to prepare food hoping it's not cold when we eventually get it guy that answered the phone poor attitude not impressed!!
Second time ive grabbed something from here as first time wasnt great. Just got a simple sausage and chips meal. Chips couldnt even fill the container they were in and half of them were scabby . Not fresh at all. Was told there would be a wait on chips so I popped to the shop next door, legit in and out and then my food was ready...thought to myself that was quick...obvs too quick. Probs couldnt be bothered to wait for fresh so gave me the scrapings out the bottom. Thought id give it a second chance but blew it again....I dont drive so this is my only local chippy. What a shame...

What a joke!I’ve used this outlet before albeit over a year ago. I was impressed with the food but always had an issue with their service.I ordered some food at 6pm to be initially told Delivery was 40 mins. This was immediately put back to 7.30pm once my order had been confirmed and paid for.9.30pm had come and gone and still no food. I had no call or update from the shop. The telephone numbers listed for the company on line are incorrect so I was unable to vent my frustration with anyone. Needless to say this is the last time I will order food from here. As it stands I am still awaiting some kind of acknowledgment and/or refund. Will keep you posted.

Bought fish and chips and two mushy peas, very disappointed in the fish, very dry, and chips awful, I usually use these as they used to be excellent, but they have definitely gone downhill

Over priced for meal mix meat tastes over cooked and fish and look like cone of chips instead of regular chips we could a nice meal out at the turf in Norton canes
