I dont know whats happened to mcdonalds over the years. The food comes out either warm or cold. When you go through the drive through collect your food from the window and go you expect the food to be hot its either burgers warm and fries are warm or cold. Especially when you spend your hard earned money you want your moneys worth. Service is good but food is dissapointing.

19/12/23 A burger restaurant with no burger buns! I wasn't told there were no buns until pulling up at the second window of the drive thru. My order included 2 different burgers and enough food for 2 people I was handed a drink and fries (which were not hot and only half filled) I asked where the rest of my order was to be casually told that's all we've got so you've only been charged for that as if it was fine. It wasn't fine because if I'd have known, I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else, which I ended up doing anyway. Very bad customer service, no apology, no receipt to complete survey

Monday 27/11/23 I was browsing the app and mistakenly it said my order was confirmed despite me not ordering. I popped into the restaurant and the team working that night were excellent, extremely helpful from Sam & Jack who helped deal with the issue and Lorraine who served my food. Great to see Karen who myself and my family have had the pleasure of meeting before doing an excellent job keeping everywhere tidy. Fantastic team and very professional. Great experience.

Disgusting male toilets. No soap. One single stall. You have to push the door sideways to initial the broken lock. There is also a gap facing the toilet that allows you to see the urinal wall.

Absolutely disgusted.Not only did we have to wait 10 minutes for our food. It came to us cold and my child had a blonde hair in his chips.Appalling to be honest and will not be spending money there again.
Would give 1 star if possible. Tried to order breakfast this morning, the 2 way order system failed and whilst we were being ignored 5 cars on the other side were served. It was 11.01 when we finally got served and they refused to serve breakfast even though the delay was their error. Really poor customer service shown by the manager. Will be making a formal complaint for all the good it will do judging by the approach of the management team.

Young lad on drive through full of attitude after messing up our order. Perhaps you should consider what staff you have in your building. No manners. Someone else might not be as calm as me next time so maybe watch your jaw.

Never known a McDonald’s with staff ( regardless of what shift ) incapable of putting sauce in a bag with mozarella dippers . Must be some kind of inside joke / lack of training I mean how hard can it be ….
