Have been many times food always of high quality but unfortunately both of us did not enjoy our meal and felt the standard had slipped. The taste and tenderness of the lamb and chicken in our meals was of below standard and meal bland. Staff are as usual very friendly.

A great find for pre theatre dining! What amazing food - I have complex intolerances meaning I cannot have lactose, garlic nor onion (amongst others) which is hard with indian cuisine (also my favourite) A phone call to the restaurant beforehand offered assurance I could be catered for and what a superb job they did! I was advised exactly which dishes could be adapted and was not limited to the usual one or two which was a refreshing change from pub grub where all too often the only dish on offer is gammon, egg & chips as no adaptations can be made to others! Attentive, friendly staff & great value for money. Very convenient for our pre theatre meal too. Will definitely be back! I had chicken shashlick, salad, sag aloo all freshly prepared without onion or garlic

We visited Friday evening before the theatre. The food was freshly cooked and tasted lovely. One of us had a food intolerance and as the food is freshly prepared they could accommodate.Service friendly and the staff were knowledgeable about their food.Loved it, will come again ?

Excellent food, probably the best curry house ive been to for a long time.Visited quite a few over past years, but this has to be the nicest food ive tasted.Their Peshawari nanns are amazing. Great service, friendly staff.Would definitely recommend

We went on 241 night, when we had bill 4 of us was charged full price! Then the manager went on to say because we had brought our own drinks the offer did not apply! Waiter knew we had brought drinks and having 241. Even on the window outside this is not mentioned! Manager knocked £10 off

My son took me for Father’s Day meal, I had the tandoori mixed grill, couldn’t believe the value for money and everything was cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed it and the staff were very friendly. Lovely big restaurant. Best curry house in Cannock.
Thank you for a delicious meal last night. It was 5 stars!!! We all really enjoyed, I had the king prawn Goa and it was the best I’ve ever had. The service was great too. We will be back soon.

We visited the Saleem Bagh tonight and the Attitude of the waiter was a disgrace, we took some drinks in and he said if we didn't buy the drinks from the bar then we couldn't have the 241 offer. Food was bland not much meat, not tasty, meat was gristle!!! I won't be coming here again cheap food and one of the waiters had an attitude.. He needs to learn some manners, you don't speak to customers like that. No wonder this restaurants empty and they have to put on 2-4-1 offers!!! I for one won't be coming here again, sad really as the first time we came it was nice...Vegetarian options: The vegetarian option was rather expensive a Aloo potato curry cost £8.50
