From many Costa Coffee places I have visited few have made such a lovely impression than this one. Cleanliness, service and quality are there in abundance. I looked around for a worthy plaque for award in service to customer but amazed that none around.....Costa you have to send them a worthy notice. No staff names as all were first class and so welcoming.I tip my hat ( ok Cap) to you all xxxx

Am sick of paying to stay in with my coffee only to be presented with a paper cup. Could have paid fir take away. I hate paper cups. So understaffed it's ridiculous. Rubbish
