I simply asked for a sandwich but was ignored. I stood there and waited for ages to be served. I was the only person in the shop. The manager who decided to serve me had attitude and then went round the back and stuck her middle finger at me. I saw her swearing at me in the reflection. I asked her about it and she said she was just having a bad day. This does not justify her behaviour or the appalling customer service. Unacceptable behaviour!!!

Its a shame with this place. You either get really great food or really hastly thrown together nonsense.The biggest problem is the service, no one ackowledges you. Basic customer service is to acknowledge a customer, even if you are busy. This can simply be a "hello, i'll be with you in a second". But nothing. Its not alot to ask to be treated like a human being. But apparently too hard for some.My record is 8 minutes without being noticed. I'm the only one in the queue, 3 staff on. Just poor.

shocking to say the least. they completely got our order wrong. it was a total massacre. no refund at all. not to mention a thick hair- sorry not one, 2 thick hairs in my chicken. disgusting. never eating again in my life. the devil is holier than this chump joint.

It is always so slow when I go in here which makes me avoid it. There is only ever 1 person in there doing everything so it’s so slow. Food average, salad doesn’t look that fresh, seem to get overcharged and okay customer service.

Where do I start! 3 times now I’ve visited this store, and on all 3 occasions I’ve had the wrong order and over charged also today I was told I had to wait as she was doing online orders I was in front of her first but no she didn’t wanna serve me, I’ve also called head office twice and they don’t care she is a rude woman who needs to learn customer service basic skills

So, i am healthcare worker and walks everyday house to house , to take rest i choose fire station subway area .i went there after 2 weeks The women with spacks on she behaved very rude with me, she mentioned that i put the chair in center and some other customer falls last time with very unpleasant way she mentioned . And i just want to complain because i wasnt there for 2 weeks and 10 days still have been told . Am not sunway employee . And she should ask very politely with some respect, no communication skills at all she needs to sit at home rather been working if she have anger issues. Customer left the subway and she also cursed me when i left . This is not the way you treat customers. Be calm because everyone in this country is working hard !! ThanksThey are builling people . And being a bully in this generation speacially the lady with spakes usually work on Friday. Such a shame i went in petrol station today for my drink and was in rush and was wearing mask because am healthcare worker. She said “look at her she is wearing mask , excuse me you cant sit here today , and i wasnt even in subway she shouted loud shame on her !!! Such a bully. Next time if this happen strictly action will be taken from my side and she dont have right to shout at someone who is not even going to have subway , she thought i will sit by chair of subway. women making down other women in public.Thanks
