Stopped in for a 'quick' stop on a long journey south, ended up waiting 40 minutes for food. Understaffed and horribly run. 60 minutes start to finish - you could have quicker meals in a sit-down restaurant, and this is supposed to be fast food. A complete joke.

Missed part of the order. Got other bits wrong. Not a single smile. And ignored me at the counter. The staff are just plain rude, and incompetent.

AWFUL!! Don't bother, go anywhere else. 40 minutes wait for food to have a item missing. Took a further 10 minutes to get there attention to ask for the missing chicken, because they were ignoring customers. Two young girls just gossiping between themselves - one wearing her mask around her chin the whole time.\\nGravy was basically water as well ? and wasn't particularly hot either. Just room temperature.

Good service given by friendly staff. Too many people not adhering to social distancing. Shame as its a good place to go and enjoy.

Stopped here on way to airport on tuesday last only to be racially abused by a member of Welcome break staff - accidently bumped into him and he seemed to be in a rush and taken aback. he shouted...
Awful! No self service screens working. Understaffed. After a lengthy wait, got to the till only to be told there was no boneless chicken... now you’d think someone might have put a sign up or been advising customers..... yet, NOTHING!! I let others waiting know as I left, along with most of those queuing! Simple bit of communication goes a long way!

Typical KFC ordered a box meal meal with the spicy bites minus cheese and extra bacon after a fairly long wait the meal arrived, walked back through the services and to my car, opened up the box meal and too my delight cheese. So back through the services I go and back to KFC to be fair to the lady who messed the order up she was loverly and very apologetic. After waiting another good 5 minutes a new fillet tower burger arrived, so back through the services and back to me car, by this time though the rest of it was stone cold.

30 minute wait for food, staff in kitchen were arguing in front of customers as they messed up all food orders. No gravy, no cup lids. Asked for chicken drumstick got undercooked chicken thigh instead. This place needs a inspection from managers of KFC uk Ltd as it may look nice but is indeed run and organised like chaos.

Staff taking one order then walking away from the till. Not even acknowledging the other four people waiting to be served. It wasn't even very busy. The computer screens were not taking orders either. After waiting over ten minutes I went to Burger king and was sat eating before the next person was served at KFC.
