AWFUL!! Don't bother, go anywhere else. 40 minutes wait for food to have a item missing. Took a further 10 minutes to get there attention to ask for the missing chicken, because they were ignoring customers. Two young girls just gossiping between themselves - one wearing her mask around her chin the whole time.\\nGravy was basically water as well ? and wasn't particularly hot either. Just room temperature.
Awful! No self service screens working. Understaffed. After a lengthy wait, got to the till only to be told there was no boneless chicken... now you'd think someone might have put a sign up or been advising customers..... yet, NOTHING!! I let others waiting know as I left, along with most of those queuing! Simple bit of communication goes a long way!

Stopped in for a 'quick' stop on a long journey south, ended up waiting 40 minutes for food. Understaffed and horribly run. 60 minutes start to finish - you could have quicker meals in a sit-down restaurant, and this is supposed to be fast food. A complete joke.
