Lovely dinner! The food arrived swiftly, before the predicted wait time, was piping hot and delicious. Will definitely be ordering from Laurel Inn more

Terrible service. Never going here again. FoodHub said 1hr wait time which is fine but we waited nearly 2 hours and called numerous times so we asked to cancel the order but they said “you can’t cancel your order because it’s with the driver” luckily we chose cash payment option and driver took the food back. The person on the other end of the phone was just a child!! and when we asked to speak to the boss we were told “the boss is busy.” The child kept just kept saying things like “all the other people have to wait” and “we are busy” etc. I’ve had plenty of takeaways in my years and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever had

Ordered tonight at 6pm (ish), food didn’t arrive until 8.35pm! Of which one of our children gave up & went to sleep! 2 phone calls in this wait, the second telling us that it was with the driver, who arrived 30 minutes later, and was then smoking as he knocked at our door whilst holding our food! We will not be ordering from here again!

Unfortunately, the only tasty thing were the salt and pepper chips, the steamed rice.Satay Vegetables, salt and pepper tofu were far too hot and spicy, which spoilt the taste.the shredded crispy beef in Beijing sauce was inedible, it was hard instead of crispy and soaked in too much spicy sauce. The delivery was fast and the delivery person friendly, but will not order again.

I often have food here, and by far my favourite Chinese. Portions are generous, and food is so tasty. Customer service top and would highly

We’ve had our takeaways from the Laurel Inn for probably as long as it’s been there, guessing 20 years or so.They are very friendly, hardworking people, we really enjoy the food and we don’t get Chinese take-out from anywhere else.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian choiceThe vegetarian mini spring rolls are our favourite veggie snackParking: We park on Fountain street (which is a one way road) as it’s usually fairly quiet when we collect our takeaway in the early evening

Ordered from here whilst camping near by food was amazing probably one of the best I've had for the price. Very reasonable price the portions were large more than ample for two people and had leftover. Only reason to a 5 star rating was we waited 1hr 25 minutes for delivery however it was worth it .

My go-to place for a chinese takeaway, the food is absolutely delicious and they have a great and tasty range of tofu dishes which I'm working through trying! The portions are amazing - a tub of chow mein does me good for 3 meals, and it's as tasty as leftovers as it is fresh.Speaking of fresh, the food is always absolutely piping hot, and the few veggies I've had in dishes (i'm not a vegetable person so don't order dishes in with them really!) are crisp and refreshing, especially the broccoli! We usually collect and the young lad behind the counter is an absolute sweetheart and has second-to-none customer service skills!

Food is average. However payment is cash only which is clearly TAX AVOIDANCE. They used to take card . But that is a no no anymore. Clearly another take over bye another family tax evasion. Nice that they the Sandbach family’s money however don’t want to pay tax in are great country and Sandbach . 18 month open and close in different names ie tax avoidance. Terrible. They really don’t care about the uk / Cheshire. Just themselves

Ordered from here last night, knew it had a 1 star food hygiene rating but ordered from here because it was recommended.Glad I did… it was phenomenal. The rice was delicious, ordered the Singapore Fried Rice, the meat was lovely, big cuts of NON processed char su. The meat tasted really fresh which is unusual for a Chinese. The rice was fluffy, the veg still had crunch, the satay sauce didn’t develop the traditional microwaved skin that most takeaways supply. The veg spring rolls were crispy and the prawn crackers were fresh and crispy.Asked for chopsticks and they kindly supplied at no extra charge, and they were the environmentally friendly bamboo variety.I’ve worked in food my entire adult life and it’s hard to get anything less than a 5 star, nor is there any excuse to get less than a 5 star. However that being said, we all have bad days and in my opinion they got really really unlucky because their food is exceptional and easily the best Chinese food I’ve had. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
