Lovely little tea room, great for breakfast and lunches. No parking but you can park on Leek market place which is across the road. The tea room is dog friendly even with its own doggy menu.

ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS. Went in today and ordered two sandwiches on brown bread, emphasized that we would like the sandwiches on brown because in the past they have got orders completely wrong on numerous occasions. Waitress turned up ten minutes later and asked again regarding brown or white bread which we then emphasized again and said brown bread. When sandwiches turned up one order was totally wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager she was completely PATRONIZING and said we got it right eventually. What if some poor customer had a nut allergy presumably you wouldn't give a damn. For goodness sake LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE FIRST PLACE AND DON'T BE SO UTTERLY RUDE AND PATRONIZING.

A very nice full English with a cheese oat cake , orange juice and coffee set us up nicely for the day. There was a fairly comprehensive menu for those that prefer a little less on their plate. Reasonable prices and friendly efficient staff ronded the experience off well.

Great little B&B in the heart of Leak. Spent to nights here for a family wedding. Huge bonus is the free breakfast in the tea rooms, recommended!!!Rooms: Slightly dated but comfortable and clean.
