So, I don't drink coffee, but Café Nero remains my favourite place to get a good vegan hot chocolate! There's oat, coconut or soya milk and lots of syrups to choose from.This branch can get really busy, but there's comfortable seating, (plus wall plugs!) really friendly staff, and some great food and cake options too.

It's a larger coffee shop with good service and great coffee ☕️. Just one issue today the air con was broken, making it very warm for both customers and staff.

I never go to Lichfield, without going in here. Very dog friendly, although I don't have one, it's nice to see.
Staff are 10/10, always very warm and happy to talk to. It's very clean there, and it doesn't feel super cramped even though its a lot of tablets and chairs in a small space. The drinks are delightful, and almost all of them can be made dairy free, which I really appreciate.The only let down is that the savoury vegan food isn't great, but that's not a reflection of the store itself, and the vegan cheesecake is so good that it does kinda make up for itDietary restrictions: The drinks are delightful, and almost all of them can be made dairy free, which I really appreciate.The only let down is that the savoury vegan food isn't great, but that's not a reflection of the store itself, and the vegan cheesecake is so good that it does kinda make up for it

I think Cafe Nero Lichfield could do with a bit of a refurbishment. Cobwebs around ceiling need clearing. Love the place for a good coffee.
