Stopped to have a coffee and a toasted sandwich at eastern avenue Costa Lichfield- absolutely disgusting and dirty. Bin in coffee shop over flowing and spilling onto floor this is next to where you obtain sugar and stirrers, tables left unclean. Will not return to a mess disgraceful. Very poor hygiene

I love Costa, I was a tea drinker until these came out, but they don't keep the new ones for seasons out for long.
Really tasty drinks and helpful staff at this costa! A really nice location in Lichfield too. Recommend the strawberry and cream frappe with extra strawberry sauce!

Terrible. If i could give 0 i would. Worse Costa. Toast took forever and coffee was stone cold. Then had to wait for bacon roll so we all ate at different times. When I complained about the wait and the fact the toast was rock hard and coffees cold i got attitude and the young girl gave me her name, said she didn't appreciate us complaining and could do without customers like us!!!! I wasn't even rude, I was just stating that the coffees were cold etc. I eat every day at Costa Burntwood and the staff are lovely. I will never come to Lichfield Costa again. You are not allowed to complain when u spend nearly 20 quid on brekkie and it's all cold. You just get attitude back. Terrible. Quite shocked.

Cold coffee,hard toast,one very very rude staff member.will not post anymore on here but I will be taking this further with a formal complaint to costa.we spend over £80 a week at costa in burntwood and service and staff are 100percent everytime,the staff member at bakers Lane was so rude it was unbelievable,but a will make a complaint direct to costa.
