We love the pizza here and the new starter called fresella is delicious! Best Italian pizza place in the whole area, a bit of a hidden gem. Keep up the quality..

Tables are always sticky and dirty, service is poor, the pizzas are really nice but do you really trust a restaurant that has a 1* Food Hygiene Rating? The toilets are also always filthy. This place could be absolutely amazing but you really need to sort out your food hygiene rating!

The reason I give it 3 stars is because the food is very very good. Should it been average I would of given this place 1 star. Tables were sticky and not wiped down (we were the second table of the day at 6pm so they can’t blame it on a busy shift) Availability - only 1 of the beers on the menu was available and 2 out of 4 deserts. The first beer I had was slightly warm Service - Only one person however it’s a small restaurant, I ordered a coffee that didn’t arrive and was pressured nearly into giving a service tip (this isn’t American and we shouldn’t feel pushed into tipping for a waiter/ waitress to simply do their job) I would probably recommend a takeaway which seems like a popular option for other punters. Since our last visit this place has gone down hill and whatever you do don’t expect a thank you or goodbye when leaving

The place is run by kids. Uninterested, on their phones and look like they just got out of bed. Waited 25 mins for someone to take our order , there were only 6 tables in the restaurant and 3 servers! We ended up walking out. Shame because the pizzas do look amazing. Never again

Returned to Margheri after Covid… what a disappointing experience!!! The pizza is still very good, however going out and being served by three kids who do not even bother to know what’s on the menu is not what you expect… especially when a can of coke is £3 and a pizza £16!!!

Ridiculously good pizza. Comparable to Otto and Franco Manca but better. The dough used is really light and fluffy but with nice crisp edges.

Easy access via short train journey or park opposite. Italian owned so pizzas are super authentic. Lovely staff, small and cosy. Italian beers and wines available. Midweek offers which is great. Also there's a lovely little craft ale bar a few doors up if you want to make a night of it. Can't recommend highly enough.

We visited as a party of 4 on a Saturday, the food is absolutely excellent. Pizzas are giant and worth every penny. Will return soon.

welcoming place, Sara and alex truly genuine and kind people, pizza is a journey of emotions with top quality Italian products, I would say the best pizza I've ever eaten in England, an express and impeccable service, you can see who are keen to offer their customers a service that is always at the top.
