Have ordered and paid my meal at the machine , but printer does not give out my food order . So I asked directly at the service counter . My order was found . So I am happy .

Treat for the kids. Unfortunately the mcflurry machine was broken so the kids had a bit of a sulk. Otherwise the food was fresh and fit and order came out pretty quick given how busy they where for a Saturday tea time packed by

Called on Monday 18/09/2023 at lunchtime after an already disappointing arrival at Lichfield South - other onsite catering outlets proving either incapable or untrustworthy in supplying required food.Arrived to find a busy hub. Confused at first because we assumed that the two 'Female heavies' were visiting Scout Leaders in charge of a troupe, given the yellow ties - had uniforms, faces and attitudes as dark as the miserable Monday lunchtime - and we only realized they were actual employees when we saw one carry a tray of food out to a table - I assume this must be part of a clever marketing ploy in offering a 'Free scowl with every serving' - you certainly wouldn't order milk from them unless you wanted Soured Cream!Two 'phenomenal' Company ambassadors aside, my dining partner (a Type 1 diabetic), made his way to the Gents to use a cubicle by which to inject his 'pre-meal' Insulin in private. He came back to report that the floor of the facility was swimming in urine and that he has struggled to avoid slipping and falling.Had the meal order by now not already have been placed, we would have left there and then - as things stood, reported the issue to a half-hearted server who replied that he would look inty it.Conclusion: McDonalds Lichfield South has plummeted as an operation to an all-time low - and is as far from 'user-friendly' and worthy of patronage as could possibly be conceived - it certainly will not see further custom from myself, friends and family, and I will actively discourage its further use amongst business colleagues based upon yesterday's experience.Between them, the three food outlets located at Lichfield South appear to be making a combined contribution in doing more to kill than enhance the site's prospects of future prosperity and development. Perhaps it is high time that all be 'put under the microscope' for further scrutiny as to continued future commercial viability...

This is my review as an Uber/Deliveroo driver, I visit here a lot. I only speak for myself. Front of house staff are miserable. I'm often not acknowledged for several minutes which is bad both when food is ready and sat on the side or when they haven't even printed and started the order I've come to collect. I can see the food prep area from where I wait and I have to say I wouldn't risk eating from here. Several times I've seen utensils dropped on the floor and put straight back on the work surface! I don't want to hear "but minimum wage..." because that's an awful and lazy excuse.

The worst burger I’ve ever eaten. It was TOO DRY and cold. Looks like they took it from the fridge and put in the microwave for 2 minutes, this could explain why the service was so fast

Flabby cold chips, First Big Mac in years(normally eat chicken nuggets). No gherkin, just limp lettuce, patties and tiny piece of melted cheese. Back to nuggets in future

Wow… absolutely lost for words… I don’t even know where to start. This was the most incredible food I’ve ever tasted, amazing service, great atmosphere. If I could leave 6 stars I would !!! Thank you McDonalds very cool !!

Got my order wrong, i asked if they had charged me correctly they said they had. However when i checked i found out tbey had charged me too much but its too far away to sort out.

We stopped here yesterday after a day out on the way home and ordered our food to the car park pick up point. After 20 minutes waiting I went in the restaurant where they knew nothing about our food and obviously not preparing it! I was ensured it would only take few minutes, got the food in about 5 minutes and had to ask them for my drinks as they forgot, then I was told my pie would be another 6 minutes. After about 7 minutes waiting they told me it’s 1 minute away and still waited 5 minutes for it. Horrible service, I was also charged to get it delivered to the parking lot which never happened as I had to go in there! If I wasn’t that hungry I would have complained to them but at this point I literally felt like fainting so just grabbed my food and left…
