This was our first time out in Litchfield, having searched the Internet for a good place to eat, I came across Paradise.I booked a table, and we arrived on time, first impressions, it was more like a nightclub with how loud the music was, you couldn't hear yourself talk! And there were kids in there given the atmosphere was more like a student bar than a family aimed venue.We were shown to our seats and told someone would be over to take our order, 25 mins later no-one had come to us,We eventually grabbed someone's attention, she took our drinks order, which we had to shout given the stupidly high music volume,We were then told there was an hour and a half waiting time on food!When I booked the table I was given a time to be off the table by, so that would have been out the window!Why wasn't we told on arrival the kitchen was running behind? I question the management for allowing that to happen,This place is a joke, looks good in the pictures but when you scratch beneath the surface it clearly lacks substance.Paradise is the wrong name for this place.

Bottomless brunch was fantastic. Good amount of food, great selection of cocktails. Gemma and Tayla were brilliant, friendly and quick taking orders and gave recommendations for cocktails. Will definitely be booking again

Me and a group of friends did the bottomless brunch on Sunday 14 January and it was such a good experience and well worth the money. We arrived earlier than our booked slot and asked if we could either have a drink before hand or start early to which we were told we could start early, leaving us happy. We were explained how it would work and amhad our food order taken. We were served quickly and never left without a drink for very long. All staff were quick and friendly. The food was so nice and what is included in the deal is great! We were served by Gem and Chloe and they were both so lovely and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after! We requested a few songs which they were more than happy to play for us. One of the best bottomless brunch experience I have done and would definitely do again!

Absolutely 10/10 service here at Paradise. I came here for a bottom less brunch for my friends bday. It was quiet but the vibes was still great. Lovely clean environment too. Our server was Gem with Ash making the drinks. I have to say that Gem was a complete vibe, she was so on it with the refill of drinks and big thank you to Ash for the drinks as they were DELICIOUS! So much choice of with alcohol and without. The food was immense, absolutely delicious, and still enough to take home. Also was nice enough to bring a cake out with candles that I brought. Cannot thank you guys enough for making my mates 30th special. Will be back!!
We came for the bottomless brunch, don’t expect anymore than 1 drink per 30 minutes (90 minutes max on the bottomless). It took 1hr20min for the food to arrive, and to sum it up - dissapointing. We had 3 burgers, each were smaller than a McDonald’s Hamburger. The only redeeming factor was the chips, oh wait we ordered truffle fries and received plain fries with no truffle. We were promised that orders would be taken when we were half done with our drinks and had empty drinks for ~10min before even the order was taken, it was another 20-25min before the next round arrived to us. Extremely poor, would not recommend… Also, the venue smells like sick and the bar staff spend too much time talking to each other than serving/making drinks and tables.

Get was our waitress and she was fab! Couldn’t do more for us if she tried! Had a laugh with us and made our brunch the best it could be! She extended our table reservation so we could have 2-4-1 cocktails after! What a women! ❤️

Went on a night out with friends , was ashamed with the way the staff we’re towards us told us someone couldn’t come in but couldn’t tell us the person in the group who did something wrong , so basically kicked us out cause we’re 18/19 do not recommend staff and security are so rude!

The food and cocktails were of good quality, however the service was very slow one drink in the first hour of our bottomless lunch and the gentleman that served us was damn right rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. Which ruined the overall experience for us.
