Overall this is just a great place to go for food. Reasonable prices, tasty and fresh, extremely fast service and a lovely place to eat. The chairs and tables ire comfy and clean, the food portions are actually great, the staff really pack lots of food in your sub. EG if you ask for pepperoni in there they will give you like 3 bits of peperoni I a half sub! There's a lot I'd choice too, personally I am a fussy eater and I managed to find a lot of things to pack into my delicious lunch! This place is a definste recommend for pretty much anyone!

He was patient and even offered some helpful suggestions on what to order. I opted for a footlong and it hit my expectation. Overall, I was really impressed with the level of service at this Subway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal."

I order quite often from this subway via uber and a lot of the time I’ve had random ingredients thrown into my sandwich bits of pickle etc.They use a dirty knife with sauce on it when cutting my sandwich as it’s all over the bread when I receive it.Also when ordering the double chocolate cookies if they don’t have enough they substitute with vegan ones without asking first.Not the best, hygiene is poor, it’s a shame really.Now I drive myself to the wall island one which is far better, super clean and amazing friendly service!

Always liked subway over the years but they have gradually gone down hill over the past 3 years. Food today- I’ve had to re-cook my chips as they were soggy and uncooked and my chicken tikka wrap tasted off gone off fish and made me physically puke up, never again.

Of course, most if not all the subways are kind of the same. I received a warm welcoming from the staff behind the counter at this store. They were very friendly. overall, it's one of the best subways I've been too. The store was also clean. 5/5 stars.

Breakfast sub looked yummy on advertising board but sadly nothing like it. Had sausage, cheese and egg on classic. Tasted nice but the egg was an omelette nothing like photo. Member of staff wasn't very welcoming. I felt I'd intruded on his day. Don't think I'd go back.

I wish they would look after the people in the shop first and not the online orders as they should be last. Also clean the toilet it's discusting! The dirtiest toilet in Lichfield!

I wish i had gone to the toilet before i had ordered my food it was very dirty i dont think they have ever cleaned the toilet.. i actually felt sick knowing that i had eaten there. Just made me wounder what the kitchen would of been like

Walked in 5 minutes before closing time. Asked if we could still order. Met with friendly staff that were only to happy to help and make our food. Made to feel welcome and that it was their pleasure to help us. Thank you for the great experience. Really will go back because of the customer service.
