Previous management told us they 'ran out of cheese' when asked about this. This place needs its franchise branding stripping.

I think this franchise must have been taken over recently. Pizza is not as nice, and they don’t offer as many deals. If it hasn’t been taken over then I’m not sure what happened. Used to be much better.Pap Johns used to be our first choice for Pizza, but last time we had a very disappointing experience. It maybe down to the cost of ingredients but pizzas had no topping compared to the previous ones. I hope you had charged us more but had not reduced your quality to such poor standard.poor food received,pizza was rubbish compared to all the others we've ordered, might try somewhere else next time.

Staff are rude, and insisted I was lying about poor food received, refused to refund or send a new one out. Never experienced worst customer service papa johns need to consider the staff hired at this place!

Second time in the last few days ordering XXL pizza and getting L with the wrong dip. Call the store, explain the situation, and got next time we will give you an extra dip, thank you, bye. It made me laugh at how unprofessional that was. As someone who is always ordering from Papa Johns that won't be the case anymore.

Best delivery pizza out of all the main chains. The chicken wings are so tiny though for what you pay for.It's the most expensive chain but if you can find the best offers, it's worth paying.
Luckily enough I can eat cold pizza after be in the store for ten minutes and my pizza was there just waiting at the end of the pizza oven then they didn't have change so hat wait for them to get change as you can't pay on card they told me

The restaurant lies, say they will order one thing and do the opposite. Despite further lies that they tried inform in due course this is incorrect and call logs prove no such responce. Poor service in responce to live complaint, hanging the phone up despite cohernt sensible arguementation without aggressive tone and a terribly horrific customer experience overall.

Just moved from London and was searching for my fave pizza joint, a real bunch of gentlemans here, respectful and great communication and they almost always make the pizza the way it should be, however the toppings could be a bit more more generous. Thanks guys, keep up the good work, 8.5 out of 10?

Got spoken to like dirt by whoever I called to ask why my order was marked as delivered 5 minutes before the call, and then had it implied I was lying about how long ago I ordered even though the time I ordered was on the tracking page… wasn’t even bothered about the delivery time - food takes time to cook, common sense. Just didn’t appreciate the attitude of the person speaking to me.
