Called in to get some food before our journey chips where cold burgers where cold I think that the bin and cleaning station should be away from where people are eating as very hygeinic ,and being a bit more mindful of spraying cleaner on the tables around you while you are eating I know they have to clean but not while your eating very disappointed

Absolutely incompetent people works there!!!! 3 times they have done my order incorrectly and all you hear when you call that you can come down and they will sort it out..really? That’s the whole point to order delivery!!! Never again will order anything from this mc Donald.

Absolutely shocking service! Delivery is a joke if if turns up with what u ordered/paid for then any issues regarding the order you try to contact the store and get told they can’t do anything about it and to just contact Uber eats which is useless so you never get any money back or anything sorted out. I can say I won’t be using this mc Donald’s again!

Chicken nuggets were dry, mozzarella sticks were cold and unpleasant, not cooked enough fries were missing and so was my brownie. Burger was nice tho.

As a hgv driver i know a good mcdonalds. Rugeley is by far one of the wprse in the country..consistently wrong items on delivery or missing, manager not qualified to.manage a bath as they refuse to resend or rectify everytime. Consistently out of stock. Absolute garbage macdonalds..franchisee needs his head refreshing. Honestly, THE WORSE!. Avoid and go.elsewhere or cook honestly.. weve spent £1000s since its been open as were local. Not a penny more
