Sadly this is often the case at this McDonald's.Very slow service both at drive thru and counter, food is often cold and not put together well.Things frequently missed off drive thru orders as well.

We have been to this particular McDonald's (Rugeley), a few times and always found that as long as you actually go in, everything is fine. If , however, you go through the drive through, very often you get either the wrong or incomplete order, or it is cold and there is nothing worse than McDonald's cold food. Hardly use these places any more as the quality and portion sizes are getting progressively worse. Service is awful compared to how they used to be - almost everything now is “can you park up and wait over there” so drive through isn’t that any more (even when the only thing they are preparing is breakfast).You have lost a customer for good (competitors are doing a better job).
