Orderd early for tea for me and my 2 young ones . I order every week. Food tonight was terrible. The donna meat in my value box was hard and cold like it was warmed from dinner or previous day. The pizza was that well done it was hard and not very warm we found the food very hard to eat . I'll be thinking twice befour ordering from this place again .

Best halal food in Stafford This place really deserves a 5*. The food was very very yummy and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and kind. The food service was fast and quick hot temp and blasting with flavours. The owner Kash he was so friendly towards the entire family He mixed this special donner for us which was not on the menu just to make us happy. The wings were very crispy.the burgers were full of flavour. Thank you so much for great yummy food and caring service Best halal food in Stafford

Food took 2hrs 20mins to arrive, phoned twice- first time to be told it won’t be long, busy with it being new year!!??? Eh what?? Second time was told it’s on its way and they simply hung up, no apology or anything!! When food finally arrived it was cold and also kebab was literally just meat and bread- no salad or sauce!! Absolute joke, so disappointed. Fair to say we won’t be ordering again.

Absolute joke. Ordered at 7pm, chased delivery at 8pm to be told it'll be 10-15 minutes. At 8.45pm we rang the restaurant again, to be told it was already with the driver "won't be long" at 9.15pm I rang the restaurant again to be told it is on its way and the food is now free....its now 9.45pm and still no food. If we weren't messed around so much we could of ordered elsewhere, but now at nearly 10pm is there any point?Ridiculous service!
Don’t bother, food over 1 hour 30 minutes late, stone cold and the order was wrong. Utter garbage, would rather starve than use these jokers again.

We ordered on a Saturday from 5 o’clock when it first opens. It took 1:25 to be delivered and they had not read the note about the changes we asked to make to the order ?Two pizzas and one burger were made incorrectly. Its not good if you have an intolerance or allergy

Terrible service! Driver had a bad attitude! Food is disgusting and burnt! We didnt receive our drinks! So charged us for drinks and didnt deliver them!! Would not recommend!!!!!

I order from here all the time but I can honestly say it is my last time the food I got last night was awful pizza burnt around all edges food missing out of box I did phone and tell them they were sending the stuff they missed out of box but by the time they would of come it would of been freezing cold like the first lot we ordered dreadful will not order again
