I went to Asda today to buy a specific product, only to find it was out of stock. The lovely caring shop assistant, Claudia, went off to find out if she could get a discount on the alternative product for me. She returned with a discount card and a £1 coin. She had taken the money from her own pocket, which I immediately returned to her. What a generous young lady, who clearly has a heart of gold. An asset to your company. We need more Claudia's in this world.

Terrible service, when trying to purchase groceries after spending almost 1 hour in the store I was refused... the reason being using Irish bank notes, the “lady†told me that Irish notes are known for being counterfeit and they have no way to tell, which made me feel a bit embarrassed and almost like a criminal. Last time I will ever shop in any Asda store ever. Why take over a country, change they’re currency to sterling and then refuse to accept the currency the British introduced. Typical of the English I think

This was the 4th time of trying to complete a shop. The store yet again was half empty. Either the stores automatic re order system doesn't work or who ever does it needs some training. We have already started to shop elsewhere for some stuff. Looks like now we will be doing all of out shopping elsewhere. Really shocking to see a supermarket empty so often. Wake up!!!!
The Best Supermarket of Stafford with Good prices and friendly staff. Very Good freshly made cheap pizza's ( average being £20 from pizza companies ) Supermarket not a patch on pre-wallmart ownership as was fantastic.
