Wanted an xbox game, took it down and queued, staff member looked through the draws, and rung upstairs to see if there was any in stock,There wasn't, so why isn't there a label saying out of stock, I then asked if they sold stamps, she said, my trip was a complete waste of time

Went in December. They need to put the heating on, it was like a barn in there.

Nice store, beats going to a main Asda store for home items. Some of the staff are amazing and others not so much. Prices are Asda's normal, it has a cafe and toilets which are very clean. Lift available and escalator as well. Layout is a little confusing but could of been due to Christmas

The food quality is good, I'm fussy when it comes to food and always find the veg is fresh. It could do with some more exotic foods though.

Asda living is very good! We always like to wonder round and see what they have to offer! Brilliant candles here too!

Good range of items, and clothes! There always seems to be large queues at checkouts. There is a cafe and toilets upstairs. There is an escalator upstairs but stairs to come down, yet there is two lifts at the back of the shop. Great options of parking outside, lots of disabled and parent and child spots.

If you not shopping for grocery its better option then normal asda. Like because its never overcrowded

Brilliant shop with extremely kind staff! We were visiting Stafford for a couple of days to see family on a canal boat. My partner has been looking for an egg chair for six months as a birthday present and finally found one that matched all her desires and at a very good price. The only problem was transporting the chair back to the canal boat about a mile away. A very kind lady who worked at the shop offered to drive the chair in her own car to the boat as we were unable to carry it. This led to a very happy birthday girl and we are extremely appreciative of this very kind gesture!
