Always been a favourite of mine but won’t be using after today. Food was an hour and a half late, it was cold and nothing was in the spring roles, rang up 3 times to see where my order was and was told it was on its way, turned up 45 minutes later and was still expected to pay full price despite saying I would like a discount, went on to complain through just eat as I ordered through there and was not able to, had to phone the restaurant to complain. Whilst on the phone enquiring about my order, was not put on hold and there was shouting in the background and then was told they would ring the driver. Definitely will not be using this in the near future.

Love this Chinese. Really friendly team and food is amazing. Shocked to see how many awful reviews there are… although reading them it seems to be a ‘Just Eat’ issue rather than the food or place itself. It's mine and all my friends favourite Chinese takeaway in town! We never have any problems and we all use regularly!

Want to give 0 stars. Ordered through Just Eat & restaurant confirmed they accepted the order. 30 mins later I get a text telling me the order has been cancelled because they didn’t have a delivery driver available! This is ridiculous, why accept if you can’t deliver? Total waste of our time. It was 1st order with them as new to area but we won’t be using again. Very disappointing!

Sadly not a nice chinese anymore my mum has been using this since the 90s and it has always been one of the best places to go but last night's food was a disappointment the egg fried rice had hardly any egg the chowmein greasy with hardly any vegetables the chicken also tasted strange probably won't be returning to bamboo garden

They go out of their way to make me the chicken dish I love without the batter as I can't eat the batter .... I really appreciate it so helpful and food always arrives hot and deliciousDietary restrictions: If you ask for something specific they will do their best to do it for you x
So I ordered mixed vegetables in black bean sauce with egg fried rice, the food was nice but...... The menu does NOT state the black bean sauce has green chilli in it!!!! Menu needs updating and it should say it contains chilli for allergen purposes.

Horrible people customer service is horrible spend £50 on food for him to say they knocked on our door 3 times to which they never and the food was cold dry and not even wrapped up disgusting all round! If your not happy with anything he doesn’t like it shouts down the phone!

Best Chinese takeaway I have ever had, food was delivered fast and delivery driver was very polite. Food was amazing. Ordered from here multiple times now and will probably never change. Definitely recommend!
