Food is very hit and miss one of the main issues I usually have is we sometimes get given the wrong dip, we brought 3 plant based items each supposed to come with a PB dip and two were given with the normal dips I noticed one and asked for them to change it the other I unfortunately didn’t notice one of them. I asked for an extra PB dip cause that’s what I paid for but was left with two normal ones when I was meant to have 4 plant based dips but had 3 and two normal ones . If I’m getting PB items I think it’s very straightforward that I’d get PB dip.They also sometimes forget certain toppings we asked for an American hot and they forgot the jalapeños.Most times the pizzas are amazing so it’s disappointing when they mess up on things and the pizzas are a little dry and cold. And of course paying for extra dip and them getting it wrong is annoying.We called and told them about the pizza that missed the topping that makes it a ‘hot’ pizza and they’ve given a refund for the topping. I also asked for extra cheese on the margarita and it doesn’t look as if they put it on and it has barely any tomatoes on it. They said we’d have to give them the pizza back in order to get a new one I think that’s a way to put people off getting a new one made and them having to give away free ingredients seems a little silly to me I think it’s common courtesy to just make a new meal if its made wrong it’s not like they can sell a pizza that gets given back to them anyway.

Usually never had any problems. Always been quick and hot. The last two times its arrived stone cold. I wouldn’t mind reheating if I hadn’t spent a small fortune both times to feed the family. Definitely not worth the money for what tastes like last nights food. Definitely won’t be using them again

Had it delivered to our house.. pizzas was fine but 4.99 for about 10 half cooked chips ? Absolute disgrace. Kids gone to bed starving now... thanks dominos!

Been a customer for 10Years+. Received the wrong pizza upon delivery. Called up and was literally treated like it was my fault and that I was lying. No apologies whatsoever. They really didn't want to replace the pizza but agreed to send a new one out but I must give the other pizza in to the driver! That's fine because I don't eat the toppings sent on the wrong pizza. When the replacement pizza arrived, after circa 30mins it was cold and the driver himself even asking well what's wrong with it when taking the wrong pizza back. Very poor all round and will likely avoid in the future.
Food is amazing just prices are very high, I use the app so I get 50% off but wouldn't go in there and just order a pizza or your looking just over £40 for 2

Been disappointed with delivery temperature recently so went to collect and it was 100% better, temp was great and therefore food tasted better

Regular customer. I was sent a pizza with expired pepperoni. I called the branch and was told it was new and then told they had two different types. There was no apology or refund offered I was told that he would keep an eye on it. I won't be ordering from them again.
