Family meal out at Frankie and Benny's Merthyr today, the food was excellent and Sue our waitress was attentive, friendly and courteous, the portions were generous and everyone really enjoyed

Second time at this restaurant. Not a great experience the first time but thought that might be a one off. Staff were lovely, really friendly but the restaurant was very short staffed, especially for Father’s Day. First drinks order was wrong, waited a long time for other drinks orders, waited 45 mins for food with people around us who arrived after us getting their food before we did. Spaghetti was horribly over cooked to the point of being mushy. Won’t be coming back.

Carrieanne was an amazing server with a funny sense of humour. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was warm and friendly. She kept checking everything was okay with our meal which arrived very quickly and was delicious. We will definately be coming back. Thank you Carrieanne.

Me & my friend came to Wales for a weekend of hiking. We spent ages trying to find a place to eat, after being turned away due to a long wait time, we are so glad we returned here and was able to eat in. From start to finish we cannot express how professional, friendly, attentive and couldnt do enough for you attitude each staff member who attended to use had. My friend expressed that he felt he received quite possibly the best customer service ever here. The food was served piping hot.. which in my experience my local F&B fail to do! Without a doubt if we return to the area we wouldnt second think coming here. Thank you to you all
