The staff are always very pleasant, however the food is always COLD !It drives me crazy, surely it's not too much to ask for ! PLEASE sort this out.

The staff member, Jan is quite rude. Snapped at me and just made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I come from the same industry, I know we all have bad days but I have seen previous reviews talking about this same employee so I think you should maybe look into this?I can sing praises for your other members of staff as I have seen them during rushes, a few minutes before closing, early in the morning etc and they are always so polite, patient and friendly.

Horrible staff member with an awful attitude despite me being very polite when I went in, 15-20 mins before the store closed. Didn't even say hello when I said it, rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a coffee and snapped at me that they've closed the coffee machine, I said I thought they were open another 15-20 minutes and asked if this wasn't the case? She then told the machine is broken. So just lying because she can't be bothered. I work in hospitality and customer service myself, I know what it's like to have bad days and wanting to go home early but there is no excuse to treat me the way she treated me. I'd been at work all day and just wanted a coffee on the way to my second job. I wouldn't have minded as much if she'd said "Hi, I'm so sorry the machine has just been cleaned and we're closing for the day" instead of being so rude and blatantly lying. Even the other staff member there turned to her and said "What's going on?" So she must've been shocked by the girl's response as well.

Clearly an issue at this store from the reviews. Ordered lunch to place of work never arrived - store will not reissue food to driver so we go without lunch after spending almost £15. Have to apply to just eat for a refund, wait 7 days to even get a response! Thanks!
