Two girls serving this morning stood chatting to a woman instead of serving customers stood in the queue at 0905am today. Ended up walking out, so rude and unwelcoming.

Served by a guy about 6ft2 with a beard and glasses. Had a really bad attitude and spoke to me like rubbish. No thank yous nothing. Just pure rude! Worst exchange I’ve had as a customer ever! Store was busy on a Saturday clearly not enough staff on shift.

I asked for a job and the worker passed me on to the manager and I heard him in the background mocking what I said I am disgraced by his actions. I am only 16 and I find it hard to talk in high pressure situations. This is clear evidence of this worker bullying a minor. He has not only demolished my confidence but has also made me worried and in fear about enquiring about future jobs via phone. Thanks Greggs, don't think I'll buy a steak bake ever again!
