Me and the wife fancied a KFC tonight, wish we hadn't now, most of the chicken was not cooked through properly, the chips were chewy and old tasting, the only good thing in this order was the Pepsi max, I am not even going to blame the driver on this one lolKFC at Stafford need to shape up, start training their staff properly and start cooking good food, tonight was disgusting, that is £30 I won't get back

When this restaurant gets your order right, the food is generally okay - But it's nothing short of a miracle from above if the food that you ordered at the window makes it's way into your bag. I would quite honestly say 6 out of 10 times there is SOMETHING wrong with our order, so we have to absolutely ransack our bags of food in the car park every time, as we've made the mistake of not checking too many times. Make sure you check!

Food arrived almost cold, had to reheat. Ordered 6piece bucket and 4 of them were drumsticks. KFC needs to stop doing this as I've had this happen multiple times already at multiple chains.

Haven’t visited KFC for a while and I had missed it! The skin on fries are yummy and better than some competitors fries. The crispy chicken pieces are still soo tasty. My only moan about the visit was it was very cold in the restaurant, we sat with our coats on even though it had been open for about an hour. It is pricey but it’s good quality and we left feeling full

Currently sat in kfc writing this. They served me freezing cold not even warm chips that were crusty and hard yet my partner had light hot chips. Don't get me started on my burger rock solid over cooked and the tall Asian guy came feom the back to tell me hes not replacing it as its meant to look like that because of their oil. Yet the mini fillet burgers came and they were the normal colour they usually are. So rude. The shop is quiet and they don't have a clue what they're doing . Waited over 10 mins for a pineapple stick and a fruit shoot for my son. This place is a shambles. No organisation. Then to really stick the boot in they'd forgot own of our mini fillet burgers aswell. This place needs a overhaul. Food is nasty. When I asked how they are even serving cold crusty chips he said I can just change them? Erm there's no one in the shop you're not rushed off your feet Mr. Do not recommend!!! Go to the new tiny one in stafford where the food is fresh and decent

Takeaway delivery ordered which arrived after 1.5 hrs almost stone cold . Resturant appear to have had it waiting for over an hour before sending it to me though courier said they were informed 15 minutes before they delivered . Hugely disappointed and left hungry for too long .No contact given or messaged to explain any delay which would have helped . Sadly it’s a negative for poor customer service and the delivery teams who appear not to be able to communicate with or use common sense ? I won’t order from here again and will stick to Indian food as it arrives edible , warm and most of all on time !Full refund requested from KFC
