Fantastic service and food I would highly recommend the lobster dish so rich in flavour.

We visited Friday evening, our first visit here and we weren't disappointed. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff, the tables are not too close together which was a nice change from what we are used to. Atmosphere was quite and classy. We had a starter and main each, both delicious (included pics of our starters) and plentiful. It's not cheap, but I am a great believer in you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

I happened to be walking past and popped in for a cocktail, lovely greeting from front of house Amber and Pav the chef, I’m new to the area but I will be coming back and bringing friends.

Food was lovely, service exceptionally slow. Even when not too busy.

Myself and my family love the food here. I find it's best to book in advance to guarantee a table. Service is always spot on and the food is amazing. Just a great place to visit when wanting good Italian food with a great atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: They happily alter a dish if a child doesn't want to order from the child's menu.

Pre-Ordering Promise Falls Flat at La CasaMy recent experience at La Casa on 1st December fell dramatically short of our expectations. The promise of a seamless pre-ordered dining encounter quickly unraveled into an evening fraught with frustration and disappointment.Inconsistencies in service, delayed refreshments, and prolonged payment processing punctured the anticipated vibrancy of our group dinner. The promised efficiency of pre-ordering was diminished by scattered meal deliveries that eroded the ambiance of what should have been a festiveshared dining experience. Some of us watched our food go cold while others in our party were left waiting, questioning whether their meals had been forgotten.Thirst prevailed as our drinks meandered slowly to our table, well behind the service experienced by others around us. And to culminate an already disheartened experience, what should have been a swift settlement of our pre-calculated bill extended into an egregious 45-minute ordeal. The lapses in service are troubling on their own; however, more concerning is the bewildering silence in response to the concerns we raised directly to La Casa management. This lack of acknowledgement compounds the frustration and deters us from making any repeat reservations or recommendations of La Casa to fellow diners.Regrettably, this service highlights a glaring discrepancy between La Casa's assurances of a streamlined pre-ordering system and the reality that unfurled.Reviewers I would suggest that potential patrons consider other options where their expectations in dining efficiency and service will be better met.

Probably one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve visited, Four people, four starters & four mains. All dishes were excellent, no complaints from any of us. Great service and a good atmosphere. Will definitely return.

This place is definitely underrated! Been 6 or 7 times and always great food. Always nice and quiet at lunch times on a Saturday (not sure why!)

It was a forgettable experience but not bad at all. I won't visit again because the food didn't meet our standards but the young man serving was pleasant and the food was 5/10 (edible.. like a school meal) The restaurant decor is typical of a restaurant in desperate need of an update which perfectly matches the uninspired, snorefest, oversized menu.
