Their orders took priority yet when I order for delivery for generally takes an hour to turn up.As with all franchise food chains you get what you expect and usually get what you pay for.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility on the ground floor, but it's a very small space and I wouldn't like to try manoeuvring around all the people there during the day

Very poor. We want to eat in with family after a fantastic, well organised polar exptlress trip, to thecutter chaos at this macdonalds. There was no organisation at all. Food was piling up for orders. Not many eating in but ridiculous waiting tines it seemed the delivery take aways had priority. Most ifvour food was cold. One staff member sorting the food unwrapped a burger and stuck her finger in it to see if bit was hit, put it back on the pile of burgers waiting to be served. Where was the temperature probe. But mostly what a lack of organisation. Will never go to macdonalds again. Terrible terrible service with a 'so what' attitudeParking: OK if not too busy or spaces taken by customers waiting fortake away

Took my boys to macdonalds in kindsmead Stafford upon arrival they took my order then I drove round to the window to pay their was no one at it and it was busy which I understand. I then drove to the next window were u collect your order I told the boy their was no one at the window and I needed to pay . I then got asked did I order I replied yes I then got asked what was it I then got asked if I got my bank card if I was happy to let them take it or have cash. I then said what part do yous not under stand their was no one at the window for me to pay yet the car in front was able to pay I then got told we r busy but asked me to drive all the way round to the window again and waste more fuel to pay while I had my toddler who was tired crying his heart out Then got told to go to bay 2 2 mins later boy came out and asked wat did I order Think the service is a joke the staff r very unhelpful think it’s disgusting

Top quality, far better than McDonalds in Birmingham.
I am appalled. Devasted. Shocked. At how disgustingly atrocious the QUALITY of this food is. I am APPALLED at how downhill this KFC has gone since I went there for the first time in 2010. As soon as a walked in, I was coughed on and greeted by the smell of aloe grape mango cherry ice blaster watermelon nicotine. Not a great start. I walk up to the counter and handed my happy meal. A REAL rat. A LIVE rodent scammed out from my big Michelle. Watchmojo was right about you. I was disgusted to find TOENAILS lingering about in my fries. I'm never coming here again. It retrofitted my measles.

Only ordered 2 meals, delivered, thats 6 items. Only 4 turned up. Bags were sealed so not taken by the driver. Refused to replace the order.

quiet. decoration 10/10. incredibly foods (obv it’s mcdonald’s). they’re i’ve cream machine always works (+milkshakes). avoid mcplant.Kid-friendliness: happy meals and toys
