I have visited this Nando’s several times, recently every time I attend it gets worse and worse. I visited in November and they had ran out of most of the menu only leaving sides and butterfly chicken available. Tonight they had nothing at all left to sell, they had ran out of everything of the menu, they had not ordered enough food to stay open to their opening times. The management at this place is an absolute shambles for the prices that are charged at Nando’s now they have to do better, slow service if you get any service followed by menu items missing consistently, to this time no menu at all meaning being turned away at the door. Management need to have a strong look at their priorities given that this was a Saturday night I cannot fathom how you could run out of everything on the menu. I won’t be back anytime soon

Overall a terrible experience today. I’m currently sat at the table as I write this. Family of 5, the starters came out as soon as I’d clicked the order button. The bread was cold no sooner had we taken a bite into the bread the mains came, the last offered to take them back to keep them warm, we munched between the houmous and halloumi sticks. Our main burgers were cold once I managed to grab someone’s attention she offered to replace them but I’d have to wait for them to be cooked fresh. So we waited longer for our burgers to come out than it has taken for the original starter and main to come. Generally not impressed with the service or quality of food

Went with my friend for dinner on a busy Saturday night. Despite the fact the staff were run off their feet with how busy it was (and dealing with a garlic bread shortage) everyone was cheery, polite, and providing excellent service.

Stafford nandos is our local Nando’s where we eat possibly once twice a month. Both times this month we have been service has been incredibly busy and slightly slow but two members of staff Jack and Chris have stood out. They have both gone out of their way to help us and others around us and remained upbeat and smiley despite the chaos around them. We have also noticed not only have they made our service and experience better even when it has taken an hour sometimes to receive food but other complaining customers have left with smiles on their faces thanks to these two individuals. Keep up the good work it isn’t going unnoticed!!

Had no butterfly chicken after ordering so after 15mins they swapped it for 1/2 chicken no compo for the mess up.. felt over priced for chicken and chips if im honest..

Nice Nando’s, friendly staff and good food as always, although my livers were a bit overdone. We were told a 20 min wait but got given a table within a couple of minutes in the end. A very enjoyable rest in our travels and very convenient right next to the car park.

Very bad service, dirty cutlery with water marks and dried food, dusty plates and dirty stained glasses. On top of that we waited 35 minutes for our food while they served others around us who came 15 mins after us. The food was just sitting there on the counter till I came to the till to ask why it’s taking so long. Very poor management and service.
