Number 3, Stafford has quickly become one of my favourite dining destinations in the town. The gourmet food is simply incredible and never fails to impress. I recently had the pleasure of trying the lasagne, which was cooked to perfection and packed with flavour. The layers of tender pasta, rich meat sauce, and melted cheese were absolutely divine.In addition to the delicious lasagne, the burgers at Number 3 are also worth mentioning. The Christmas gourmet burger, in particular, is a standout. It features a double pork and apple patty topped with streaky bacon and apple sauce, and is served with posh truffle fries and salad. It's a delicious and festive twist on the classic burger.But it's not just the food that makes Number 3 so special. The staff, particularly Beks, are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure that I have a great dining experience. Beks always greets me with a warm smile and takes the time to chat with me, making me feel like a valued customer.Overall, I would highly recommend Number 3, Stafford to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. The gourmet food is truly incredible and the staff, especially Beks, are a delight. I can't wait to go back and try more of the delicious dishes on the menu.

We booked in advance, we were a party of 8. We are pre-ordered Sunday lunches and a couple of burgers! Service was fantastic, food was great, Atmosphere really relaxed and welcoming. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you No3

Myself and friends went out for our annual dinner as we always do every Christmas and we decided to come here as we have been here for breakfast and loved it! Unfortunately this wasn’t the case for us last night, the food was good, the veg was very hard, almost raw, and there was hardly any cheese on the nachos. The service, on the other hand, wasn’t good at all. We arrived at 19:30 and waited 20 minutes to receive our drinks order request, then another 20 minutes to order our food. We waited around 20 mins for our sharer starter of plain nachos, baring in mind there were only 2 tables in the restaurant. No check backs, we had to go up to the bar to get our drinks re-filled as we couldn’t get anyone’s attention. When the cast from the Gatehouse walked in they focused their services to them and seemed to have forgotten about the customers that had been eating, no desert menu was offered and we could have easily walked out without paying. I went to the bar waited another 15 minutes being ignored and eventually paid the bill. Awful shocking service. We won’t be coming here again for meal.

Lovely atmosphere in a historic building. Children had ‘more interesting than usual’ burgers and the adults excellent Ploughman’s lunches.

Wouldn’t recommend due to owners wife attitude. Went in for food at 6 o’clock, got served 1hr 20mins later, even though people came in after us got served and ate before we got ours.bit of a joke as it took 2 hlf hrs for a main and pudding. Owners wife even said sorry but you’ve been neglected. Had a pudding, big mistake took another 20/30 mins.My partner only tried to mention about the wait etc and her attitude stunk so I walked out. Lovely food apart from pudding and due to her attitude I wouldn’t recommend or return again.

We went as a large group. Prices are reasonable and the burger I had was amazing. Really tasty. Service was slow, but I think this was due to a staff shortage. The lady serving us was lovely and I did feel a bit sorry for her. Would certainly return though.
I am sitting here after just finishing my last course of the Tapas menu. It has been an absolute success. Each dish taking your pallet on journey. As a lover of small plate menus this place excells. Real thought has gone into how one dish leads to the next. If you love good food & enjoy good company, get yourself to No3, sit back, relax & let your pallet go on a journey. Mark & Bex, you guys keep what you're doing & I'll keep turning up.Good drink, good food & good company.I will be back again (& again & again)...

Was invited here for a private function. The food was fantastic. Like way better than your usual buffet with lots of choice for all different tastes including the kids. A good example would be that the sausage rolls were home made and not frozen. Sounds like a small thing, but for me it clearly shows the quality and value for money on offer. The staff were all really friendly and the owners chatted to us. A pleasant surprise was that the drinks were very reasonably priced and less than some of the chain places in the town centre. The whole experience was really good. I wouldn't hesitate to go here for another meal and would recommend booking for a special occasion or private function. It would be great for a Christmas party due to the central location.

I went last week for a meal with some friends, food and service brilliant! I’ve been again tonight with family for the tasty menu and it was simply fantastic! We have all agreed that the food, service and night as a whole was outstanding! We can’t praise the food or Danny + Becky enough and we will 100% be back very soon! Thanks for an amazing night!
