We stopped to buy two coffees and a frappuccino but somehow with the barista managed to splash hot chocolate all over us and our suitcase and stained our clothes

Two days in a row:\\n\\n- Can I have filter coffee (looking at filter coffee machine in front of me)?\\n- We don’t have filter coffee...\\n- Can I have matcha latte?\\n- We’re out of matcha...\\n- Do you have sugar free hazelnut syrup?\\n- We’re out...\\n\\n...

A very clean, well presented and spacious Starbucks. Typical Starbucks menu, reasonably priced. A selection of bottled alcoholic beverages are available in the fridges.\\n\\nFood is of an acceptable standard, and variety of hot/cold foods are available.\\n\\nStaff were well presented and polite, although they could do with cheering-up a touch.

Never visited them. But one day they may pay their taxes and everything will be fine.

The cleanest and tidiest Starbucks ever seen. Friendly service and great quiet Oasis on my train connection.

A shame I had to pay extra for soya milk!

Good coffee but pricey compared to others and the 5p charge for a cup is a bit over the top as not everyone can carry their own it's not practical

3.30pm and without a shadow of a doubt the worst Starucks ever, lack of stock and no service poor poor poor. I ended up on the station kiosk, which had an excellent range and service.

I’m a huge fan of Starbucks but this is definitely their worst branch in the world (yes I travel a lot) The Staff are so rude and lazy. They just stand around chatting rather than serving customers. They tell you they don’t have certain drinks in when you can see that they clearly do. They probably just can’t be bothered to make them because they’d rather have a chat.
Starbucks is making a terrible decision by closing the Stafford Town Centre Branch because quite frankly I would rather get up early and walk to the town branch before my train than use the station store.
The staff at the town centre store are some of the kindest and politest people I have ever met, they go out of their way to make you feel good. They are chatty and friendly. They are a credit to the Starbucks Brand.
Think I’m going to have to find a new Coffee Shop.
Possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Exceptionally slow service (especially for a train station), a staff member who couldn’t work the till and a cold coffee. Alas when I took it back asking for it to be warmed up they gave me a look of utter discuss.
Terrible - would not recommend. My advice wait until you are on the train or use the small coffee hut place on the platform.
Easy to order and friendly staff
