We have been coming to the Stafford branch for many years now and have never had a bad visit, the coffe is amazing so is the food, every staff member is so friendly and have long chats with you, it’s a family atmosphere, today we were served by the lovely Emily and Jordan, they have always been extremely friendly and love a good chat. Came into Starbucks Greengate today to study and meet friends. The service by Beth was lovely and friendly and my Cappuccino made by Niamh was delicious. Will definitely come here again, as it is a great place to get work done and have a perfect coffee.

Appalling £6+ for two cups of milky hot water. I requested two regular americanos with ONE hot milk on the side. I received two huge mugs of hot, milky water but was far too short of time to request a refund. Even a brief request about my order was met by two faces with blank stares. A never to be repeated experience.

We love Starbucks. However, on this occasion, the drinks were lukewarm. I put up with my tea, but my husband couldn't drink a lukewarm americano and asked for a fresh one.

Ordered an iced coffee and was told they did not have any ice and no iced drinks available. So had a tasteless cappuccino instead! However, the lady behind me ordered an ice coffee from a different member of staff and got her drink! Can only assume the person who served me doesn't like making them.

Two young girls named Millie and Hannah served me today and I was amazed by the service she gave. She was absolutely delightful and got me just what i ordered.Vegetarian options: I saw many options including the fruit toast, looked delicious, will be getting that next time!!

i was served by millie and she was such a great sever drink tasted devine !she put so much ice in and all round a great experience due to millie’s single handed skills.Dan was good too
