Ordered through Uber eats. Simple tuna salad double meat and 3x cookies. Cookies were missing from order and the food quality was very poor soggy peppers and a small scoop of tuna. I Called the restaurant and was told by the manger he made my food and that he did miss the cookies off the order. Very concerning a manger would let the food leave the restaurant at such low quality

Usually pop in at least twice a month for lunch when I'm at work. The food is always good and they always add extra if requested.

Disappointed to be honest, more bread than filling. Had breakfast sub , never again. Restaurant tables not clean. Staff member was friendly at least

Staff burnt my bread and I had to actually tell her it was burnt before she made a fresh sandwich with new bread. Thought it will be quite obvious since the bread was black out the oven. Had the meatballs and didn't taste the usual nice recipe. Will not be returning o branch
Give your store more closing staff. Went in and waited for 5-10 minutes as the only staff member was on the phone to someone ordering for a giant party and no on else there to serve. Ended up leaving as other people were coming in and no sign of the phone order stopping

1835 on a Monday night. 2 degrees outside. Asked if me and my son could eat our subs inside in the closed off seating area. Answer was no. Strangely symbolic of the state of stafford that… guess we will eat outside in the freezing cold then. It’s not like is 11pm on a Friday with drunks everywhere is it?

Man, 10 minutes ago I ate a Cheesy Pepperoni sandwich that I ordered from Just Eat with added bacon. I don’t know who made it but it was fire and hella packed with bacon. Thanks brother, finally properly made sub.

Have given this Subway a few chances now but their portions are so mean compared to every other Subway I visit. I always have a salad and they are so meagre that you can see the bottom of the box. All other subways do salads that are full. Colleagues have also stopped going because of this. Very poor.
