Not eaten here for a while. However, we decided to give it a go. Two lattes and shared a fish n chips. Absolutely superb, crispy batter, moist fish and crunchy fat chips. The coffees were piping hot. Excellent food and good value. Staff friendly and obviously take pride in their work. Positive changes here ?

Good service, food and atmosphere, certainly better than the other Tesco I've been to. Also friendly staff.

Good for a coffee and basic food, breakfast etc, staff always pleasant, even when under pressure.

Warm, friendly and efficient service from all of the staff. The line was also quick service and the food we purchased (just a simple sausage sandwich) was also excellent.

Have used Tesco cafe a few times and generally find the food to be pretty good! I especially enjoy the breakfast. The big issue though is it’s always very understaffed. One worker can often be taking orders at the till, making hot drinks and taking food to tables all on their own. It can take a long time queuing to place your order and then there’s often a 45 minute wait on food at busy times. It would be a much better experience with more staff.

Waited at the counter to order food. Two staff saw us waiting but no response. Later a lady staff took our order but was rude. Not a great place.

Slow to take orders. Mid day Friday and long wait on fish as they were waiting for it to thaw, on a Friday! Total staff indifference.

Andrew the manager is one of the most hardworking people I have seen in a cafe works the till for orders delivers and makes the tea clears the tables delivers the food and sought out any problems with your meal we love being served by him he’s like a one man show I’m sure he does a bit of cooking as well though I haven’t seen that the meal are very good and tasty my bacon and eggs with a fried bread my absolute favourite with pot of tea what else do you need with the floor show thrown in well done to you all there very accommodating give them a try you won’t be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: We took our grandson for the first time last week who is three he absolutely loved it and enjoyed the kids pack and mix what a bargain will definitely bring him again.Wheelchair accessibility: I’m in a wheelchair and the lift takes you straight into the restaurant plus if you have a little more mobility there is an exscalator as the restaurant is on the first floor we always sit on the end table but there ie plenty of room with the tables well spaced.

Just bad. I had breakfast but it was bad. Took 30 mins to arrive and when it did it was terrible. Staff very friendly. Coffee was nice. Not a brilliant experience.
