We were looked after really well, the food was nice, the time from ordering to serving was about right (I would guess 20-30mins, I wasn't clock watching ?) and the bill was under £100 for 4 people (3 starters, 4 mains, 1 pud, 1 coffee).Nice atmosphere. Recommended.Vegetarian options: Had a very nice brie and mushroom wellington

We went for lunch as we drive past it most day and it’s recently opened again. Staff were very friendly, in fact they went above and beyond. But…. Food was disappointing, the fried food tasted of the oil it was cooked in, the beef tasted funny almost like it was turning off, which was served in the sizzler. The next day both of us felt unwell, windy belly, gripping pain, one of us was nauseous, needless to say one room in house was very busy for 24 hours. It’s a shame but we would not return, it might have been a one off, but we won’t be risking it again.

Went for lunch after hearing good reviews from friends. A lovely warm welcome from the landlady and barmaid. It was very busy, we had to eat in the bar area as the restaurant was fully booked. Despite this, service was good and the food was lovely, homemade steak and ale pie and lamb curry. Portions were large. So glad Haughton has a great local pub again.

My first time in The Bell at Haughton. What a lovely welcoming pub. I love the beautiful smell of fresh flowers as you walk in.The staff were very friendly and attentive , Kerryjo could not do enough for us.We had the Lite Bites 2 course meal, I had the Tuna Sandwich with Chips and Cherry crumble and ice cream which was simply delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

We have just returned from dining at the Bell tonight as we heard it is under new management and I’m so glad we did. There is lots of choice on the menu, friendly atmosphere and made to feel very welcome … the staff are all friendly and frequently check everything is ok. Then for the best bit … the food is delicious, well presented and generous portions … already booked to return! Well done Hannah and your team, I have no doubt you will make this a success x
Food was excellent. I had gamon, struggled to finish it. Service was excellent whent strat to the table. Àtmosphere was great. I would recommend the Bell Inn to anyone.
