We have gone to the Radford Bank many times before, but this trip will most certainly be out last.\\n\\nWhere to start.... The service was extremely slow throughout our experience, it took over 45 minutes for both mine and my three year old daughter's food to arrive and when it did it was not worth the wait at all. The BBQ chicken and bacon burger came without any BBQ sauce on it and I've seen more cheese on a vegan's cheese board than on my burger. Then my daughter's pasta was a bowl of watery tomato sauce with the odd piece of pasta in it. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. This type of wait for a three year old is just not good enough. We asked one of the staff how long the meals would be and it felt like we had asked for the earth, she was not helpful and told us two minutes but that turned in another fifteen minutes. I had to wait in a queue of just three people for over twenty minutes to get just two drinks of water! That type of service just typifies the experience. During this time the manager was turning away customers who hadn't pre booked however we hadn't pre booked and were told this was not a problem.\\n\\nMy partner had the carvery, so waiting for this wasn't an issue however the food she had just eaten not 5 minutes ago was then taken off the carvery serving line as \\\"it was not to their standards\\\" yet 5 minutes ago it was fine for my partner to eat!\\n\\nBoth myself and my partner felt embarrassed that we had taken our daughter out for a meal and this was the standard we had received.\\n\\nWhat a shame! 1 start is too many in this instance. The Radford Bank has let it's self down tonight and I'm sure this won't be the only negative review they have based on tonight's service.

The team were great, went on a Sunday and ordered on the app to later find out that they didn't have some of the stiff and others weren't available on Sundays, really wanted this place to be better as we have recently moved to the area.

Nice and tasty food. Been there on a foggy evening, so can't talk about the location around. Nice staff. Food was served quickly. I was helped with a takeaway box with my excess food.

Went for evening meal on Christmas Eve. A little disappointed with carvery. Four people in our party. One had a burger, another had a pizza and 2 of us had the carvery. The carvery was disappointing. Meat was fine but vegetables were not nice. A member of our party did speak with female member of Staff to say not pleased. First time we have had this at The Radford, usually enjoy the carvery. Shame.

Helped with my daughters stall at the Christmas Market and the staff were lovely. The place was clean and not too busy. Had a drink and ordered a pizza. Drink wasn't too expensive. Pizza was fantastic. Would definitely recommend

Friendly staff but the carvery was not great. Maybe it was the time of the day we went 4pm but the food was cold, bland and tasteless. It appeared that the food particularly the veg was reheated several times. It definitely wasn't fresh. It would want to improve massively before I would eat there again. Sorry!

Used to be part of the 'Crown Carvery' chain. Set back from the road. Small rear car park. Nice Beer Garden. On our recent visit of a party of 5, their ovens had broken down, thus, no roasted meats. Full Menu available. We we're made to feel very welcome. Spacious setting. Comfortable chairs. Food was Good. Service was swift and efficient. Staff were attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone. All you can eat breakfast each morning.

Just had another meal today. Again it was excellent value and really good. It is a pleasant atmosphere and seems clean. It is worth downloading the app because you get offers and discounts that make worthwhile.
