I have used tiger bowl many times since moving here, it used to be good but the last time i ordered i swore id never order from here again. Its been atleast 6 months and i dont know what youve done but wow what a change. Updated website menu, new dishes, the order was hot, solid quality and so tasty. I suspect you have a new chef and whatever he or she is doing keep it up its working!!!!So impressed and thanks for the fortune cookies which are also new

This was my go to Chinese place but its clear they've been taken over as I ordered my usual chow mein today and it was dry, burnt and overall just nasty. Very disappointed. The previous website was very user friendly and easy to add or remove ingredients as per dietary requirements but that has changed too.

Tiger bowl was my go to Chinese but it’s been taken over and you can tell! The rice was congealed, the Ribs were basically bones and sauce, the prawn crackers were stale and the worst bit was the chicken balls had no chicken in them but prawns! Never again!

Absolutely shocking. Everything was cold apart from the gravy (0.8 miles from shop to address). Items were missing, items delivered wrong (shop told me they would be sending them out. Haven't yet and its been over an hour). Had to reheat what food that was possible to when eaten was bland. Chips, won tons and chilli beef was too over cooked to risk reheating. Honestly the worst chinese I've ever had the pleasure of paying 55 quid for.Next day. Never turned up with no explanation and then to be ignored when calling

The ladies who served me were lovely enough. However this is probably the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Just awful. Spring rolls were cooked in old oil it made all of us nauseous, rice was like plastic, ribs had soo much salt ( coming from someone who looves salt). We chucked an entire £45 order into the bin. To top it off found an eye lash in one of the dishes. Needless to say never going back first and last time.

I have only just discovered this place lovely food and service have orderednow twice but my second time i ordered through uber eats and the delivery driver gave me a 5 pound voucher as uber charge and tiger bites don't he advised me not to order through uber as they charged me and was kind enough to give me the voucher to reimburse me and didn't rip me off I will definitely be using again as they didn't have to reaburse me but they did thank you tiger bites and the food that I have i have tried hasarrived hot and tasty I haven't got a bad word say lovely food and great service highly recommend

I have recently moved to Stafford and tried Tiger bowl Chinese due to the good reviews. It didn’t disappoint! Food is very well priced portion sizes are huge and all food was so lovely. We were even gifted free onion rings. Very happy will definitely be going here again
Our favourite Chinese takeaway closed due to retirement. Since, we have tried a few different restaurants and they haven’t quite met the mark…until tonight. Tiger Bowl you haven’t let us down. Our order arrived on time and the delivery driver was polite and well presented. Our food was piping hot and everything was as we ordered. Great portions too. You’ve got our custom from now on. We always order from Tiger bowl and have done for over 15 years!Last night we ordered Singapore noodles, my hubby noticed right away that it was different and was disappointed. He called the restaurant and was told they'd changed the brand of noodles and offered him something else. They delivered a replacement meal within 10 minutes!. Fantastic service, fabulous people and amazing food.Thank you ?

Came from Rugeley to try Tiger Bowl as a vegan because their vegan options looked absolutely insane and we were not disappointed? the lady on the front desk was so kind & even called back after we had ordered to check about the curry sauce that we had ordered as we hadn’t realised it wasn’t vegan, and then offered an alternative!! Super appreciated because not many places would go out of their way to do this and we would have eaten it without realising. Food was incredible and piping hot when we picked it up. Will defo be back ?
