Had a lovely meal here. Only disappointment was the mocktail that I had which was very weak and not as I would have expected. Paid for these with Zizzi perks so didn't cost anything as such, but I wouldn't have another!

I ordered a meal and it was nothing short of poor. After waiting for an hour with no contact and the driver not leaving yet I decided to call the store and was told they had given my order to the wrong driver and were in the process of making a new one. I received the food 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering and when it got to me the food was undercooked, cold and thrown together. I was offered no compensation by Zizzi’s for there mistakes. A very poor experience.

Terrible !!! Table of 7 for a birthday , one persons starter was still frozen in the middle so he had to wait for it to be redone , food didn’t arrive together when’s mains came out so half the family had their meals before others received theirs . Spaghetti Bol was sauce plopped onto spaghetti that was bland and salty , with almost no meat present , the arrabbiata was dry pasta no spice and no cheese on top a drink ordered and not received!! The restaurant was also dirty with food under the table !! So disappointed , I’m really not one to complain but this was beyond ignoring !!

I think I’m becoming a regular.We keep going back simply because the service has always been fantasticDietary restrictions: My Dad was with us and he has a nut allergy and they were great for that.The Veggie options are good tooParking: There is street parking close by but if you aren’t as mobile the paid carpark has a lift and it’s a stones throw from the restaurant and it’s only gonna be like £3 at most

Food is normally good and okay atmosphere, also good value with the Tastecard ??However staffing levels are greatly reduced so waiting times to be served are getting ridiculous e.g. 2hrs for two courses is not acceptable.

Booked in advance for 2, and were seated upstairs. Had to ask after 20 minutes if we could order drinks. Took another 20 minutes before drinks arrived (after we'd reminded someone we'd ordered them)My starter arrived. 10 minutes later I'd finished it and had to ask where my husbands was - it had gone cold on the side downstairs and they had to cook him another one.Mains were slow but it was busy, and food was nice when it arrived.If you're willing to risk it I would suggest you don't let them seat you upstairs as staff only come up when they're bringing food to another table otherwise you're completely ignored
